甲組成棒變革 打春、冬2大聯賽 〔自由時報記者徐正揚／台北報導〕業餘成棒甲組賽事出現新變革，將以現行冬季城市巡 迴賽為基礎，擴大為每隊打30-40場的冬季聯賽，從每年11月進行至隔年2月，甲組成棒賽 季可望因此定調為春、冬季兩大聯賽。 棒協秘書長林宗成指出，本月上旬邀集8支社會球隊座談，各隊提議取消夏季賽事，將冬 巡賽期間拉長，從現行每隊分組預賽打12場增至30-40場，以避開職棒季後賽，提升球隊 曝光度。 今年春季聯賽配合亞運提前開打，夏季本就沒有賽事，是促成這項變革的主因之一。連同 協會盃、盟主盃等短期盃賽，甲組每隊每年場次增至約80場，比中職二軍每隊每季60場多 ；而以冬季聯賽接春季聯賽，剛好接上中職改在每年6月舉行的年度選秀，也有助於球員 為進軍職棒做準備。 此外，第6支城市棒球隊台南市隊今天舉行測試會，預計錄取20人，已有沈福仁、陳柏丞 、張耿維、楊勝智、曾保羅、蔡孟修等10位前職棒球員報名，幾乎一半是剛被義大犀牛釋 出者，按規定只能錄取5名，預計農曆年後正式成軍。 http://ppt.cc/VGQ~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.39.161.99 ※ 編輯: whj0530 來自: 114.39.161.99 (01/28 09:14)

蘆竹鄉代王貴芬掌摑護理師案，27日下午在桃園地院召開準備程序庭，護理師李瑋珍委由律師請求300萬元民事賠償捐助公益團體，及訴訟費用由被告負擔外，也要求王貴芬在3大報頭版刊登道歉啟示。若加上頭版300萬元以上刊登費用，王貴芬2巴掌代價，恐高達600萬元。

王貴芬因父親病危、母親住院開刀，委由律師提答辯狀，並轉達千字道歉文件。當事人之一的李瑋珍因故未出庭，僅委託告訴代理人依法提起刑事附帶民事訴訟起訴狀。

去年11月26日，王貴芬不滿長庚醫院護理師拒絕透露父親病情，憤而到醫院甩了負責照顧父親的李瑋珍2巴掌，經臉書粉絲團及PTT社群披露後，引起社會輿論撻伐，桃檢諭知王貴芬10萬元交保，也火速以傷害、暴行公然侮辱罪將王提起公訴。

律師轉述答辯狀內容表示，王貴芬因長期照顧年邁患病父母，承擔家計，而未審慎控制情緒，以致重創告訴人個人身心，破壞醫病律則，深感後悔及歉意，願接受起訴書指控，縱使告訴人接受被告歉意和解，仍願意接受法院論罪科刑，不以撤回告訴為和解條件，作為醫療暴力事件警惕。

另外，王貴芬也願以擔任志工或其他適當方式，彌補對全國所有醫護人員造成之危害。昨天為展現誠意，還向法院請求協助轉交親筆道歉信函，據悉信函由王貴芬所寫，約有上千字，內容僅委任律師一人看過，原則上是多為道歉語句，可見王貴芬態度明顯軟化。

至於李瑋珍委由律師提及300萬元民事賠償捐給醫療相關公益團體，並且在中國時報、聯合報、自由時報頭版刊登報歉啟事。律師認為並非王貴芬所能負擔，請求告訴代理人代為轉達，盼法院在審理時一併了解。承審法官則因2人均未到庭，另定2月17日下午再行召開準備庭。

王貴芬昨晚得知2巴掌代價恐會高達600萬元時哽咽表示，父親因牙齒問題住院，如今演變成全身性院內感染，家屬還沒質疑院方有醫療疏失，還百般刁難她，就連向長庚醫院申請病危通知書向法院告假，也被以沒先例婉拒，讓她無所適從。醫院對此則不願表示意見。

丟信號彈尋仇 無辜11歲童照砍

〔自由時報記者溫于德／新北報導〕竹聯幫梅花堂機動組黨羽符博駿、王展與莊家豪等3人，為替綽號「小馬」的友人擺平感情糾紛，竟糾眾趁洪姓被害人前往友人住宅聚會時，先丟信號彈，再持刀殺進對方家裡，連11歲男童也照砍，警方昨將符嫌等17人逮捕到案。

梅花堂等17人落網

嫌犯落網後竟毫無悔意說「沒看清楚屋內有誰，只要不是自己人，就打」，對於傷及無辜，表現出無所謂的態度，警方訊後將17人依殺人未遂、組織犯罪條例等罪嫌送辦。

警方調查，符等人得知友人「小馬」由於感情因素與洪姓被害人產生嫌隙，前晚10時許趁洪男進入友人位於天祥街的住處時，不顧屋內尚有婦孺，先丟信號彈，再持開山刀、棍棒殺進屋內，連11歲吳姓男童也照砍，整起事件造成3人送醫，皆無生命危險。

警方表示，竹聯幫梅花堂機動組犯案手法，猶如日本機車暴走族，利用毒品吸收少年後，平時騎機車橫行新北市街頭，見不順眼民眾就喊打；幫眾習慣先丟信號彈，造成被害人恐慌，再持凶器追打，手段兇殘。

警方也查出，上週一發生在新莊中正、龍安路口，汽車按喇叭要求擋路機車讓行卻遭砍，砍人的兇嫌就是其中5名幫眾，當時被害人已逃進麥當勞得來速求饒，仍遭無情追殺。

去年11月2日，「亞傑車隊」自桃園北上陽明山看夜景，途經中正、富國路口遭追殺，行兇的符嫌等17人除在現場見人就打，更開車直接衝撞。

同年10月27日，2名被害人因故與符在KTV起衝突，事後遭砍傷，下手的是黨羽洪煒綸、林宗緯。3案皆與竹聯幫梅花堂機動組有關，共有12人被砍傷送醫。

筆電無線網路無法啟動.........(急急急)

我想把手機網路分享給筆電,但筆電無線網路一直無法連線.(我的手機也顯示找不到其他裝置,可是我用別台電腦是可以分享的)
我確定訊號有開啟, 到裝置管理員查看,網路卡也正常，沒有打叉或驚嘆號
但筆電卻一直不能找到無線網路裝置
顯示這個圖示http://ppt.cc/g02L
我搜尋了一些資料說可能是網路卡與系統之間問題,要重灌電腦，即可解決......
還有沒有其他因素........
還是真的只能重裝網路卡還是全部都要重灌?
而且我買的筆電是vista系統,但當初因為用不慣我請人家幫我灌XP.........
所以我也不知道哪一片是網路卡的安裝片
請各位精通電腦的大神幫幫我!!!!!

你可以用截圖的方式
先打開你要插入的圖片
再按下"print scrn/sysrq"鍵(此鍵為拍下目前螢幕上的畫面)
然後可以在小畫家貼上
再選取你要的範圍剪下再貼上新檔上
另存新檔選取存為jpg檔即可

這樣就可以插入word了^^
