2013年全台房價　桃園漲12.5%最多

邁入新的一年，統計2013年1~11月實價揭露房價，發現各主要都會區房價增幅最高，分別為桃園縣12.5%、新北市10.4%；而台北市房價增幅1.9%居末。桃園縣從1月平均每坪14.4萬元，漲至11月每坪16.2；新北市則從每坪27.9萬元，漲至每坪30.8萬元。

有巢氏房屋副總經理劉炳耀表示，去年受政策壓抑，台北市房價增幅不大，不過觀察近期過年前全台有巢氏店頭買賣情況，發現賣方物件有增多現象，買方則因為擔憂未來房市波動，買方近期出價相對保守。預估今年房市整體波動不大，趁近期房市物件變多，對購屋的買方來說是多看多比較的好時機，有機會挑到適合自己的物件。（張菱育／台北報導）

F04a648dfc00ed6257c339d357da9fed 即使在個人資料安全隱私當到的今天，許多人依然便宜行事將帳號密碼設成超無腦的密碼。SplashData 公佈了 2013 年最糟糕的 25 組密碼，「123456」、「password」、「12345678」、「qwerty」、「abc123」都是許多人慣用的密碼。

分析公司 SplashData 會根據每年數百萬份被外洩的密碼進行分析統計，公佈一份最糟密碼排行榜。在最新的《worst passwords of 2013》成績當中，過去一直是冠軍的最糟密碼「password」，首度被「123456」給取代，從第二升至第一，「password」則降至第二。這次公佈的前 25 明最糟密碼9組密碼新入榜。

這份最糟密碼排行榜中，赫然見到「adobe123」新入榜位居第10名、以及「photoshop」位居第 15 名，SplashData 表示是受到日前 Adobe 遭駭，Stricture Consulting Group 單位大量公佈外洩密碼，造成整份榜單與往年有較明顯不同，也讓「adobe」、「photoshop」關鍵字成為入榜元素之一。

同時這份榜單也顯示出，即便多數網站都會強制使用者使用較長、英數混用作為密碼，但還是有「1234」、「12345」、「000000」這種極短的密碼入榜。此外常用英文單字或名詞「iloveyou」、「sunshine」「letmein」、「monkey」、「shadow」、「sunshine」也都是常被使用的密碼。

去年 Intel 也做了一個網頁提醒使用者密碼多容易被破解，別再用簡單的連號數字、英文單字，以及個人或親人的生日等作為密碼。以下是增加密碼強度的小秘訣：

  1. 建立高強度密碼：大小寫、空格、數字、符號、密碼長度等元素交錯使用，可大幅增加密碼強度。
  2. 使用多組密碼：銀行帳戶、網路論壇，根據不同目的可使用多組密碼，別老是只用一組密碼闖天下。
  3. 為社交網路密碼添增多種變化：即便同一組密碼，也可以依據不同網頁輸入特定字元增加變化。

刺頸宰開膛情敵　兇嫌畏罪燒炭

新北市林口上周五發生當街情殺案件，兇嫌洪姓男子疑因不滿前妻與死者過從甚密埋下殺機，彰化警方今天凌晨在彰化縣伸港鄉建國路與長春路口空地，發現洪男的座車，但他在車內燒炭死亡多時。

彰化警方指出，今天凌晨1點半，伸港分駐所員警巡邏發現洪男白色轎車，裡面駕駛座有人，敲車窗沒有回應，打開車門聞到濃濃燒炭味，通報119前往救人，但洪男已死亡多時，警方依車牌追人，才發現洪男竟是新北市涉及情殺案的嫌犯，趕緊通報新北市警方，現場並未發現遺書。（鄧惠珍／彰化報導）

圓仔好腰力　今天沒摔跤

【蔡永彬／台北報導】台北市立動物園的大貓熊寶寶「圓仔」今天亮相第16天，最近圓仔爬棲架不太順利，常常為了急著下來慘摔墜地；許多粉絲看了心疼，還打電話或寫信到台北動物園或北市1999專線，希望動物園讓圓仔休息。今天保育員在棲架下鋪了竹葉，似乎要保護圓仔，避免牠直接落地。

然而，今天圓仔相當厲害，下棲架時雖然一時不穩，兩腳懸空變成吊單槓動作，但隨即用臂力、腰力挺上去，雙腳再夾住棲架，沿著木頭緩緩下來離去。

擄童主嫌 曾是警察替代役

台中市男童跨年夜遭綁架案，主嫌陳安彥、陳彥錞昨凌晨被裁定收押；檢警查出陳安彥曾擔任警察替代役，熟知警方的偵辦技巧，還提早1個月租車、掛假車牌，自以為神不知鬼不覺，大意將前岳母房屋當肉票藏匿處才洩底。

另外，陳安彥的前岳母賴淑英涉找人協助其逃亡，檢方聲押法官裁定請回，陳安彥前妻吳瑾慈被限制住居；提供車輛供逃亡的廖奕衡以1萬元交保。外傳是陳安彥現任女友的吳玲莉已婚，是在逃邱姓主嫌的前女友；另案因毒品、詐欺罪分別被台北、台南地院通緝中，偵訊後被被押回台南地院歸案。目前仍有邱姓、蘇姓綁架共犯在逃中。

廖奕衡落網後表示，案發當天載陳安彥、陳彥錞回台中，一時太過緊張還與欲前往台中體育場周邊維持跨年活動秩序的偵防車發生擦撞，致1名偵查員腳受傷，當時以為要東窗事發，沒想到警方急著要去體育場「放他一馬」，渾然不知車上有2名綁架案的要犯。

檢警查出，直接參與綁架張童行動者包括陳安彥、陳彥錞和在逃的邱男、負責看管肉票的蘇男；陳安彥事後將犯案用手機交給前妻保管，但吳瑾慈卻稱「不見了！」前岳母提供埤頭鄉空屋供藏匿肉票，還意圖找地方「有力」人士協助前女婿逃亡，事後又供詞反覆，才讓檢方聲押她。

檢方表示，陳安彥自恃擔任警察替代役，熟知檢警的偵辦手法，事先租車，懸掛裁切過又拼接的贓車車牌，並準備4個「乾淨」的人頭門號犯案；甚至在網路臉書遊戲暱稱改「抓不到、抓不到」，明顯是要向檢警嗆聲，展示其「高超的犯案手法」，沒想到百密一疏，以為肉票藏匿處一定不會被查到，卻是由此露餡而被捕。

學校表示2周前張小弟已經返校上課，都很正常，除要求輔導老師協助，教育局也委請心理諮商與輔導中心的老師介入。但他個性就比較膽小，現在不論去哪都要人陪。

這起震驚社會的男童遭綁案上月底發生後，台中市警方第一時間過濾所有可疑線索，在男童獲釋後就掌握嫌犯身分，原訂本月5日抓人，卻因專案小組認為缺乏直接證據，為了能順利聲押嫌犯，耗費多日蒐集證據才破案，相關員警這段時間也承受相當壓力。
