姚姓遊覽車司機載遊客到清境旅遊，因房間不足，與女領隊擠住2張床的房間，姚涉嫌半夜爬上女方的床猥褻，被判刑1年。

台中高分院判決書指出，50多歲的姚男擔任遊覽車司機，民國101年6月間載遊客到清境農場旅遊，因投宿業者房間不足，旅行社安排姚男與女領隊晚上同住有2張雙人床的房間，讓兩人同室分睡。

姚男被控當天凌晨2時許爬上女領隊的床，強抱住女領隊猥褻，女領隊驚醒推開，姚男才回原床睡覺，事後，女領隊以手機簡訊「司機爬上我的床」給友人，友人作證指稱，回電詢問女領隊時，女領隊激動痛哭。

姚男坦承半夜上女領隊的床，但辯稱是女領隊打呼，才上床要推醒女領隊。

姚男一審依強制猥褻罪判刑1年，姚男上訴。台中高分院認為原審用法及量刑，並無不妥，駁回上訴，維持原審判決。全案仍可上訴。
