華航外籍機師離職 理由：為了生命安全

【劉志原╱台北報導】華航2008年間控告20名外籍機師未依約服務期滿，就以腎病、內出血、父親癌症等各種理由離職，其中還有外籍機師指台籍機師技術差，他為生命安全才離職，還有人無故曠職，另有1名機師值勤時酒測值超標遭開除，台北地院判這21名外籍機師，應賠償華航違約金共1066萬餘元。 華航指出，2004年起與Taylor等21名外籍機師簽約，聘他們擔任波音B747-400及空中巴士A340-300等機型機師，合約期間1至3年不等，並明訂違約者應賠償訓練費及1個月的月薪當違約金，但其中有20名外籍機師卻無故離職，1名值班時酒測值遭開除。 台北地院認為華航指控屬實，這21名機師均已違約，每人應賠償華航55萬至120萬元不等，合計1066萬餘元；全案仍可上訴。 This entry passed through the Full-Text RSS service — if this is your content and you're reading it on someone else's site, please read the FAQ at fivefilters.org/content-only/faq.php#publishers.

鋼鐵人飛台灣 也被eTag扣款440元

【陳泓銘／綜合報導】eTag收費能力無遠弗屆，連「鋼鐵人」小勞勃道尼（Robert Downey Jr.）飛經台灣也被扣款，從基隆飛到高雄，總里程369.1公里，需繳付440元通行費，令他大變臉。 eTag頻出包，遠通電收董事長徐旭東還嗆「想退就去退」，引爆民眾怒火，網友組成的「不爽遠通粉絲團」，日前kuso電影《鋼鐵人》劇照，指鋼鐵人飛到台灣上空，興奮地說：「我終於來到台灣了。」沒想到才一繞台灣全島，就收到遠傳的催款單，指他從基隆飛到高雄，需扣款440元，令人莞爾。

防雷 這一集場景就是大樓火災 劇情不多做贅述 加藤愛沒加入DMAT 瀧本美織也還躺在床上 但是整集基本上從頭到尾都在虐八雲醫生 青梅竹馬凜被困在火場中 八雲一方面很擔心凜能不能被救出 一方面又得要想辦法救治傷患 最後還要做決定是要先搬已經昏迷的凜還是還有意識的骨折傷患 其實整集看下來劇情都還ok啦 不過一直狂虐八雲實在有點受不了 因為以一個人正常情感來看這種情況下會出現混亂 猶豫 甚至崩潰都很正常 但是劇情又需要主角這時候開聖人模式 就連我是觀眾都希望八雲像個凡人一樣叫消防隊先救凜 而且看到凜第一時間被放棄 我還以為加藤愛本劇要領便當了XD 還好最後死而復生 希望之後不要再有八雲小劇場 讓他好好當個醫生吧 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.34.121.188 This entry passed through the Full-Text RSS service — if this is your content and you're reading it on someone else's site, please read the FAQ at fivefilters.org/content-only/faq.php#publishers.
