亞泥轉投資的亞泥(中國)江西5號、6號窯相繼順利點火投產，推升亞泥(中國)的產量。亞泥表示，今年大陸各項基礎建設可望帶動8.3億公噸水泥需求，預期水泥業景氣樂觀穩定。

亞泥表示，2013年大陸各地區基礎建設持續推動，重點工程開工較多，且隨著城鎮化建設全面展開，鐵路、公路、機場等建設投資增加，水泥需求較 2012 年明顯成長。

亞泥分析，2014年大陸經濟發展維持成長，且依據「十二五」所公佈的重點投資計畫，包括鐵路、公路、機場等基礎建設在內的投資計畫，預計可帶動8.3億公噸水泥需求。

另外，城鎮化將加速進行，在2020年達到60%的目標，預計相關住宅建設水泥需求約7.2億公噸；3600 萬套「保障性住房」政策，預計將帶動3.6億噸的水泥需求；加大水利建設投資，亦可帶動1億公噸水泥需求。

亞泥認為，大陸政府為維持經濟成長、改善交通及拉近城鄉差距，預期仍將加大基礎建設投資力度，未來數年水泥需求仍有成長空間。

而水泥行業產能控制及環保政策的落實執行，行業將朝良性發展，水泥新增產能應可逐步得到控制，加上同業間競爭日趨理性，市場供需矛盾可望緩解。因此，大陸水泥行業今年的景氣相當樂觀且穩定。

亞泥強調，亞泥中國在2013年的水泥總銷量達到2600萬公噸，較2012年2300萬公噸成長約13%，2014年預計突破3000萬公噸，再加上水泥價格上漲及煤炭成本下降，更提升整體獲利。

亞泥中國16日依香港證交所的盈利預告規定，發佈2013年獲利將較2012年的人民幣3.95億元增加一倍。

法人預估，亞泥中國2013年獲利將突破人民幣8億元，以亞泥持有72.49%股權來估算，亞泥中國將挹注母公司約新台幣29億元，每股稅後純益約貢獻0.87元。

【國際中心／綜合報導】南非知名跑者「刀鋒戰士」比斯托利斯(Oscar Pistorius)，被指控於去年情人節槍殺模特兒女友斯廷坎普（Reeva Steenkamp），有報道指27歲的比斯托利斯正與女友家屬就民事索償案商討庭外和解，比斯托利斯可能向對方賠償至少200萬南非幣（約554萬元台幣）。
 
南非媒體「News24」報道稱，斯廷坎普家長控告比斯托利斯導致收入損失和情緒困擾，並索償約為200萬至300萬南非幣（約554至831萬元台幣）。
 
比斯托利斯之前曾多次聲稱，自己誤把斯廷坎普當賊，故自衞開槍殺死她。該案刑事部分已訂於3月3日開審，目前計畫中的審理法官為女性，屬本案中第一次有女性法官。若謀殺罪成立，比斯托利斯未來恐將面臨終身監禁的刑責。
