【短片】馬英九密件護特偵？　柯建銘：黨國不分

【林修卉╱台北報導】《壹週刊》報導，馬英九總統竟以國民黨主席名義，以密件發函給法務部，告知特偵組存在利多於弊，不宜廢除。民進黨總召柯建銘今表示，「我想今天《壹週刊》刊登這個新聞，非常有價值！」他痛批馬英九以黨主席身分，發函給法務部，「這是徹底違憲！」

柯建銘說，馬英九此舉是破壞權力分立，也以黨領政，「我不知馬總統為何頭腦壞到這種程度？」、「這是黨國不分、特務治國，必須捍衛憲政體制！」他也質疑，「難道法務部是國民黨開的嗎？法務部是接受國民黨中央黨部指揮嗎？」

不傷動物的綠生活提案 蔬食超市鄰里開賣

在「不難吃」、「買得起」的前提下，你是否願意為了愛護地球的而採取蔬食生活？在台北市文山區的社區內，出現了一間堅持不賣菸酒魚肉奶蛋的蔬食超市，向鄰里們提供全方面不傷害動物的生活提案。

一個月前面市的「愛維根蔬食超市」目前進行試賣，預計將於年後正式開幕。實際逛過其200坪的空間一圈，發現這裡看似與一般超市無異，可以買到農業產品、冷凍產品、休閒食品、餐廚佐料，就連清潔用品、美妝保健與嬰兒寵物用品都應有盡有，同樣有2500多種的食品、近400種的生活用品可以選購。但事實上，消費者購得的商品，沒有一件涉及傷害動物。


從買得起開始，推廣友善動物與地球的生活

營運部經理徐啟翔解釋店名，「Vegan」是一種堅持不傷害任何動物的生活方式，不僅在飲食上摒棄肉、家禽、魚和海鮮等動物肉與蛋、奶和蜂蜜等動物製品，在生活上，如真皮、絲綢、羊毛、明膠等含有動物成分、甚至進行了動物試驗的產品都將排除。

愛維根便是以超級市場的形式，提供經他們確認沒有這些成分的產品給消費者，從「買得起」來推廣友善動物與地球的蔬食生活。

徐啟翔表示，除了「不傷害動物」是愛維根的核心理念，友善環境同樣是他們的理想。徐啟翔指出，畜牧業產生大量二氧化碳與甲烷造成暖化等現象，其實大眾早有所知悉，但如何能有實際的因應與作為？他們認為，就該從飲食來下手，從「日常的小改變」做起。

於是經營團隊經過了2、3年醞釀，於去年夏天正式以「社會企業」的模式成立，並推出蔬食超市，要證明不傷害動物仍有許多好吃、好用，且依然平價的選擇。(閱讀更多）

傳 Facebook 本月底可能推類 Flipboard 的新聞閱讀器，命名 Paper

B9ea24f7dd30dea798cf2b2994203aeb 據 Re/code 線人透露，Facebook 有可能於1月底推出類 Flipboard 的聚合式新聞閱讀器，據說命名為 Paper。Paper 可能是一款獨立 app，但也有針對行動端優化的Web版。「Paper」也會聚合來自 New York Times 等媒體的新聞、以及訂閱好友的Facebook 消息流。

該產品是 Facebook News Feed 團隊多年來努力的成果之一，由該公司產品副總裁 Chris Cox 率領。這個想法最初產生時是為了全面改版 NewsFeed，整個項目的名稱是 Reader project。不過，反覆設計之後，Reader project 被分成了幾個項目，去年3 月份的 NewsFeed 新版由於反饋不佳被隱藏了。Paper 是還在醞釀的幾個項目其中之一。

而受 Cox 直接領導的 UI 設計師是 Mike Matas，2011 年 Facebook 買下了 Matas 的初創公司 Push Pop Press，Push Pop 之前的主要業務就是圖書出版軟體，Facebook 稱這些技術將整合至自己旗下的產品之中，想必就是 Paper 了。

如果這次 NewsFeed 團隊的產品產品仍不過關的話，可能就再不會有見光之日了。
