台師大推華文學習平台　外國人也能通中文

【許敏溶／台北報導】台灣師範大學耗時3年開發出「華語文全字詞學習平台」，利用「中文字組字知識資料庫」等內容，讓外國人快速掌握學中文的技巧，「聽說讀寫」樣樣行，外國人、小學生都能輕鬆學習，經實際驗證發現，學習成效提升36%。

台師大教育心理與輔導學系教授陳學志帶領的研究團隊，花費3年開發出「華語文全字詞學習平台」，他說，這個平台整合「中文字組字知識資料庫、華語語音辨識模組、漢字書寫診斷模組」，讓學習更有效率，例如在介紹家人課文中，放入女部（媽、姊妹）、父部的字（爸、爺），讓學習者可更有系統學習，改善傳統重溝通、輕閱讀的通病。

陳學志說，他們以129名海外華裔青年為對象，與傳統教學法進行比較，經過3週後發現，使用新的教學法在字義辨別、字音辨別成效，比傳統教學法提升20%、36%，外國人及小學生都可輕鬆學習華文。

近5成民眾贊成加重課稅　抑制炒房

【張菱育／台北報導】草根影響力文教基金會委託醒吾科技大學民調中心最新調查，針對1083位20歲以上民眾透過電話訪問，發現近5成民眾贊成加重課稅方式抑制炒房問題、有28.9%民眾不贊成；對於一人名下擁有幾棟房產應課徵囤房稅，有40.54%民眾認為2棟以上須課、1棟以上的佔30.1%、3棟以上佔25.58%。

對於政府推動實價課稅，民眾若將自己的房產出售也要課稅，有51.71%民眾贊成推動、36.57%民眾不贊成；近來海外置產夯，但調查顯示有近7成民眾並不考慮至海外房價相對低的國家置產，而海外置產的意願較高的族群為20~29歲。

每天50次　膀胱感染化膿

【黃子倫／台北報導】北市1名65歲從事餐飲服務業的周女士，工作繁忙習慣憋尿，一整天下來常只上2次廁所，5年前誘發尿道細菌感染發炎，又因害怕內診延遲就醫，開始有頻尿症狀，最高紀錄1天曾小便50次。收治案例的台北中山醫院婦產科醫師陳福民今(15)日表示，周女士上個月因發高燒急診，檢查才發現膀胱已遭細菌感染化膿，誘發敗血症，再緊急施以抗生素、輸液治療後病況才逐漸穩定。

4b7b2af0bcc1206b50ff670daa7f3fc7 說到4K相關的應用，最近可是夯的很，各家廠商皆推出4K相關產品。此次要向大家介紹的為國內廠商BungBungame戲智科技所推出的10吋平板KALOS，採用高階的NVIDIA Tegra 4處理器、Sharp IGZO 2560 x 1600面板、Sony 1.300萬感光元件相機，讓大家不用花大錢即可有高品質的平板。

小編先前也測試過BungBungame戲智科技第一台Android平板MISS，其優秀的組裝品質讓我留下深刻印象，第二台Android平板KALOS同樣也是，外觀品質甚至比一線大廠來得更佳。

KALOS採用目前市面上相當高階的NVIDIA Tegra 4 1.8GHz處理器，無論是在需要CPU效能的多工處理，或是需要GPU的遊戲繪圖皆得心應手。螢幕更是向日本Sharp購買IGZO面板，解析度高達2560 x 1600，超越iPad的Retina Display。主要相機則是使用Sony的1.300萬像素模組，更加上大幅提升補光效果的2顆LED。

▲小編很少從外觀介紹起，但是KALOS的盒子為全透明狀相當美觀，在右方還有貼上貼紙宣傳此台平板的特點。

▲打開上蓋後KALOS躍然眼前，但其實這裡有個小祕密。

▲將負責固定KALOS塑膠架的機構拉出……

▲原來塑膠架就是平板的支架，架起來觀看影片舒服得多。

▲也可換個低角度的方向展示，且無論是哪個方向，支架於KALOS喇叭孔的位置均有開孔，不怕聲音被悶住。

▲在包裝內還有1本說明書和USB傳輸線，本款未附充電器，但相容市面上一般規格（5V / 2A）。

▲KALOS的本體正面，沒有任何的商標影響視覺。

▲KALOS上方僅有電源開關，充電時LED會是橘色，充飽時會轉換為綠色。

▲主要的I/O部分皆集中在機身右側，從左至右為microSD卡插槽（支援FAT32 / exFAT讀寫，最高容量64GB），耳機 / 麥克風孔、Micro-USB、音量調節鈕。

▲KALOS背部為雙材質，上方為塑膠，內含GPS和Wi-Fi天線，中央為Sony 1,300萬像素鏡頭。下方為金屬材質加強質感和散熱，左下角為NFC天線所在處，立體聲喇叭也位於此處下方。（實際的顏色很像iPad的太空灰，是接近黑色的深藍色）

▲喇叭部分與丹麥AM3D合作，開啟音效處理後空間感將大幅提升。

▲背面上方的Sony 1300萬像素鏡頭配有2顆LED補光燈。

▲官方強調的True RGB Colors，小編也拍1張證實其子像素結構為RGBRGB。
