[食記] 陽明春天忠孝店 ~ 素食宵夜火鍋 (北市大安)

「陽明春天」是一間很有名的素食店，也是一間蠻高檔的餐廳，環境清幽雅致，最近推出了宵夜火鍋的服務，營業到凌晨一點。而海芋託朋友的福，拿到了一張200元的火鍋券，就和朋友揪團去吃，也把食用的心得跟大家一起分享。


由於海芋到的時候，朋友還沒到，所以海芋就去四處拍拍，店內的擺設整齊乾淨，而且燈光讓人有一種寧靜致遠的感覺。

店內當然也有幾個擺設，以下在走道拍到的擺設。

這次來的主要目的，就是吃「宵夜火鍋」，宵夜火鍋的時段是「晚上9點到凌晨1點」，原價還蠻貴的，但是因為海芋有拿到券，所以相對便宜。

在每張桌子都會有茶壺，這茶壺還蠻真材實料的，有一定的重量，但是茶香配上火鍋，真的是一種享受。

桌上都會有牙籤，讓客人在用完餐之後可以剔牙。

火鍋的食材都一樣，都是一盤菜加一個湯頭。

另外還附上一碗香噴噴，看起來就很營養的飯。

底下是四種湯頭，左上角是「何首烏鍋」，右上角則是「泡菜鍋」，左下角則是「咖哩鍋」、右下角則是「麻辣鍋」。「何首烏鍋」湯頭喝起來相當舒服；「泡菜鍋」則是有一點辣中帶甜；「咖哩鍋」則加了椰奶，喝起來有一點奶香，配上咖哩相當不錯；「麻辣鍋」除了麻辣外，個人覺得還帶有點中藥的氣味。但四種鍋的湯頭都相當不錯，各有各的特色，而且湯頭可以無限加唷。

在吃完了之後，還送上了飯後的甜點和水果。

總結：陽明春天最近推出的宵夜火鍋，提供了晚下班的上班族另一種選擇，雖然只有一盤菜，但菜相當新鮮，份量也蠻夠的，整體吃起來還蠻飽的，且服務態度相當不錯，店內也算清幽雅致，唯地段租金較高，所以價錢部份較高，且有加收 10% 的服務費，也提供想去的朋友另一個參考。

手機排版請見諒 哈囉大家好，我是之前備受過敏之苦的可憐女孩，從小異位性皮膚炎， 好了之後因為不明原因，臉上過敏爆炸了， 看皮膚科一下說是異位性皮膚炎復發， 一下又是過敏， 不管怎樣…… 我只想說我終於重生了！！！！(吶喊 先附上之前慘不忍睹的過敏臉 http://ppt.cc/DMEf 從夏天一直到現在冬天了， 現在看到照片還會怕，拍這張時另ㄧ邊臉頰也有紅腫， 開始過敏後保養幾乎停止， 原本會擦凡士林後來發現擦了感覺肌膚外油內乾， 反而讓毛孔變大了!!!於是就停了， 繼續回去擦乳液，第一次買醫美的乳液，好貴啊！ 然後，因為不想一直吃類固醇， 我捨棄了皮膚科，聽朋友建議去看免疫科， 不過免疫科醫生看了說我免疫系統沒問題，倒是過敏指數非常高， 然後依舊開類固醇給我， 我也不吃藥，頂多真的很嚴重時擦藥膏。 然後， 突然在某天我工作下班後很累， 那天又很冷，於是我很早就睡了， 因為平常大概都十二點多才睡， 那天不曉得幹嘛九點多就睡了， 然後奇怪的事發生了， 半夜我起來上廁所時，經過鏡子我突然有種我皮膚變好的錯覺， 紅腫的地方不腫了， 於是接下來每天半夜起來上廁所我都會照鏡子看看自己的臉哈哈! 從那天起，我就逼自己早睡， 平常晚上洗完澡就滑手機或玩電腦的時間全部捨棄直接睡覺， 最早睡覺紀錄是八點半，一覺到天亮， 中間保養一樣是噴雅漾活泉水再擦乳液， 平常上班期間也會避免皮膚過乾補擦乳液， 之前看醫生測驗出來的過敏原，能不碰就不碰， 不吃海鮮，上班戴口罩避免塵蟎， 家裡養臘腸狗減少與他接觸， 慢慢的我發現紅腫面積變小了， http://ppt.cc/Rgpp 雖然他還是很容易復發(椅稻･`) 但真的有感覺到他慢慢改善。 臉上的紅腫越來越小， 才漸漸開始使用多一點的保養品， 但是都以保濕為主， 使用三分子保濕精華加倩碧保濕精華霜。 然後， 這是我現在的臉 http://ppt.cc/gwv7 認真覺得與其拼命吃藥擦藥看醫生， 不如從生活習慣改善起比較快， 保持心情愉快加早睡早起，飲食正常，(當然不要碰會過敏的食物呀) 雖然真的很漫長～ 出去玩去約會不能化妝很痛苦， 可是重回自己正常肌膚真的都覺得值得了ヾ(*뒑龤ꬪ)ﾉ 以上謝謝大家看完我的廢話(///▽///) -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 106.65.14.128
