【於慶中／綜合外電報導】入冬最強「極地渦旋」(Polar Vortex)最近攻陷北美，不止凍死人，連手機都被「凍死」。雖然台灣大部分地區沒有冷到零度以下，但如果計畫要到冰天雪地旅行的人，還是要幫手機做好準備，提防「冰機」沒電可用。

原來iPhone 4或之後出的型號，只適合在攝氏0至35度使用，天氣太冷，不只使觸控螢幕功能失效，鋰電池即使充滿電，都會突然死亡。這時千萬別亂按按鍵或嘗試重新開機，應該將它帶回溫暖的地方，放近身體，或者用保護殼。電池回暖後就會回復正常。

芬蘭科技網站《MikroPC》測試了蘋果(Apple)、諾基亞(Nokia)、三星(Samsung)和宏達電(hTC)4個品牌子共15部電話，發現原來iPhone 4S最不耐寒，攝氏零下10度就會自動關機；最厲害是Samsung Galaxy II，到零下35度才關機。實驗還發現，當氣溫跌到零下15至零下20度，所有智慧手機都會關機；低階的手機反而較「長命」，捱得到零下25度。不過美國明尼蘇達州，一度測得最低的零下38.3度，看來應該沒有手機，能在戶外撐得住了！

【曾伯愷、黃子騰／新北報導】預防犯罪重宣導！有鑑於農曆新年將至，民眾於金融機構提領大筆現金恐易成為匪徒覬覦目標。新北市蘆洲分局長張國雄，特別於今天上午帶著「防搶、防竊海報以及文宣」親自拜訪蘆洲區農會及其分部，除了現場張貼防搶、防竊海報外，也將文宣提供給行員發放來此民眾，希望能藉此達到預防犯罪宣導效果。
 
張國雄表示，民眾如欲提領大筆現金，可請行員協助，打電話向轄區派出所申請護鈔服務，當然，如有發現遭詐騙情事、或發現可疑人、事、物，也請民眾立即撥打「110」或「165」，請警方協助處理。

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】面對韓元走升對南韓出口帶來的衝擊，南韓總統朴槿惠決定主動出擊，除正式尋求參與美國主導的TPP（泛太平洋夥伴協議）談判，下周起還將接連造訪印度與瑞士，拓展經濟外交，同時南韓也繼續推動與中國的FTA（自由貿易協定）談判，希望爭取更大的貿易空間。

朴槿惠接受彭博專訪時表示，除了努力實現南韓正式參與TPP的目標，今年還計劃在推動與中國、印尼與越南FTA的協商方面取得實質進展。朴槿惠下周將造訪印度。

南韓政府希望藉由拓展出口商機，以協助因韓元飆升而受重創的企業，但朴槿惠表示，南韓政府不打算直接干預韓元走勢。

韓元去年兌日圓強升23%，嚴重影響南韓出口產業的海外競爭力。南韓企劃財政部更正式將日圓走貶定調為南韓對外的風險因素。

標題[請益] 10公尺就好的IBM網路線哪裡買??

在臉書上對一些粉絲頁按讚或是在粉絲頁內留言時 就會被朋友看到然後一直來問一堆事情...... 請問一下要如何避免這種情況? 我爬文知道可以更改 "誰可以在你的動態時報上看見你被標註的貼文？" "誰可以看到他人在你的動態時報上的貼文？" 這兩樣設定,但是這樣讓別人標註我的貼文也同時被隱藏起來了.... 想請知道的人解惑一下 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.164.123.160
