[新聞] 廣州知識產權法院頒布禁令，要求《全民魔獸：決戰德拉諾》立即停止發行營運

　　之前曾經為玩家們介紹過，由 Blizzard Entertainment（美國暴風雪娛樂）開發，在中國大陸由網易代理營運（台灣則是由智凡迪代理營運）的這款人氣 MMORPG《魔獸世界》（World of Warcraft），官方特地在官網上公布，針對大陸另一款遊戲《全民魔獸》（舊稱：酋長薩爾）侵犯《魔獸世界》版權部分在廣州智慧財產權法院提起訴訟官司。如今廣州知識產權法院特地對此作出判決，並發出禁令要求《全民魔獸：決戰德拉諾》立即停止發行營運。

　　該裁定的效力維持至本案件判決生效日止。

　　法院根據各方提交的證據，認為兩原告勝訴的可能性高，且如果侵權行為不被即時制止，將會給暴雪娛樂和網易公司的合法權益造成難以彌補的損害，遂支持兩原告的禁令申請，依法作出裁定。

　　「我們對廣州知識產權法院依法、高效、及時地做出支持原告禁令申請的裁定表示肯定。」暴雪總法律顧問「Eric Roeder」表示：「該禁令為原告提供了即時、有效的幫助，彰顯了中國法院保護知識產權的決心和執行力，將有助於保護創新，鼓舞並推動包括遊戲在內的文化創意產業的進一步發展。暴雪將繼續採取行動打擊任何侵犯我們知識產權的公司或個人。」

　　暴雪娛樂和網易公司就成都七遊科技有限公司（七遊公司）、北京分播時代網絡科技有限公司（分播時代公司）及廣州市動景計算機科技有限公司（動景公司）著作權侵權及不正當競爭一案，向廣州知識產權法院提交禁令申請，請求法院禁止三被告在本案庭審期間複製、發行、營運或傳播侵權遊戲《全民魔獸：決戰德拉諾》（原名《酋長薩爾：魔獸遠征》）。

　　2015年3月9日，廣州知識產權法院作出裁定：
．禁止七遊公司透過複製、發行及通過信息網路傳播訟爭遊戲；
．禁止分播時代公司複製、發行及通過信息網路傳播訟爭遊戲和實施涉案不正當競爭行為；
．禁止動景公司通過（www.9game.cn）網站傳播訟爭遊戲。

警涉嫌包庇賭場 萬華分局：不護短

中廣新聞網 – 

台北市警局萬華分局3名偵查佐，涉嫌包庇轄區麻將和天九牌賭場，今天台北地檢署指揮廉政署等單位發動搜索，並帶回偵查佐等嫌疑人。對於員警涉案，萬華分局今天表示，這是102年間的員警風紀案件，是由台北市警局主動報請台北地檢署調查，目前警方也將秉持不枉直不護短的態度，全力配合檢察官偵辦。

警抓煙毒犯 男搶計程車落跑

花蓮刑警中午一點多到中正路新生橋下的「豐村」抓煙毒犯時，屋內另一名男子可能有案在身，發現警察上門，突然驚惶奪門逃跑，在馬路上攔劫一輛計程車，拿菜刀威脅女計程車司機下車，接著搶車落跑，警方下午2點左右在七星潭賞星廣場發現了被搶奪的計程車，但吳姓嫌犯已經逃逸無蹤。而40多歲的女運將「戴心惠」受到輕傷與驚嚇，到慈濟醫院就醫，所幸沒有大礙。花蓮警方正在調查吳姓搶犯的背景和行蹤。

資深媒體人周玉蔻去年底連環爆料，指總統馬英九涉嫌收受頂新政治兩億元，為查明爆料是否屬實，特偵組已陸續約談相關人等到案，其中，特偵組今天就周玉蔻年初的爆料，指「新台灣人文教基金會」有十億資金，疑似是總統馬英九選舉經費的部分加以釐清，傳喚基金會查帳的會計師到案說明。

顯卡驅動程式各項發問?

整台電腦含硬體是三年前在原價屋買的
所有的硬體驅動程式
都是三年前買的時候隨硬體附贈的安裝光碟裡面的程式
從安裝完至今
電腦也從來沒主動跳出過定期更新驅動程式的視窗讓我點選過

不過最近不知道為什麼
感覺好像有越來越多網路上的圖片或影片
會顯示不清或一片白甚至是奇怪的亂碼
有時候開電腦的資料夾檔名也會顯示不清或變亂碼
感覺就是顯示卡程式沒辦法應付的樣子

目前使用的
顯示卡產品名稱：
微星R5770 HAWK 軍規用料+雙風扇+熱導管 1G GDDR5 最高規格
備註：
PCI-E 介面ATI 5770晶片組

求問以下幾點

1.
麻煩提供我,我這款顯示卡最新版本的驅動程式連結
我去官網看過了根本搞不清楚
哪個才是適用的?
哪個才是最新版本的?
也不知道自己目前用的驅動程式又是哪個版本的?

2.
電腦的所有硬體驅動程式,是買回來用附贈的光碟安裝完後
就完全不需要理會一路用到硬體掛?
還是需要定期不斷的更新驅動程式?

3.
顯示卡的驅動程式如果要更新
是要先把舊的驅動程式全部砍掉移除,再安裝?
還是直接安裝新的驅動程式就好,新的會自動把舊的蓋過去?不需要做額外設定和處理?

4.
如果顯示卡驅動程式要更新得先移除舊程式的話,會不會一移除舊程式
顯卡就馬上就沒作用導致介面操作沒辦法動了?

5.
還有沒有什麼更新驅動程式
可能會導致的錯誤或害處我沒留意到的?
