施羅德投信:今年台股日均量可逾900億元

【劉煥彥／台北報導】施羅德投信投資長陳朝燈估計，隨著證所稅8500點天險去除，加上金管會主委曾銘宗的現股當沖等台股3箭已全數射出，2014年台股量能可望年增15~20%，優於2013年的年減35%，且2014全年日均量可望超過900億元，優於2013年的不到800億元。 施羅德投信下午發表2014年台股投資展望，估計今年台股上漲約400點至9000點上下，上漲幅度不到2013年912點的一半，但全年上下波動仍可能達700~800點，與去年相當，且波段低點可能至8200~8300點。 陳朝燈指出，目前金管會開放現股當沖的適用標的，包括台灣50、台灣中型100及富櫃50等3種指數，合計200檔成分股，都是大型股與中型股，這些個股佔台股成交量過半，因此肯定會推升成交量。 但他也提到，受到美國伏克爾法則（Volcker Rule）上路及歐盟研擬實施金融交易稅，外資今年進出台股金額可能降低，使全年台股日均量仍不易達到千億元。 陳朝燈說明，2008年金融海嘯後，美國政府要降低市場風險在銀行業者的集中度，要求投資銀行及商業銀行分拆交易部門，且規定若投資非銀行業標的（例如投資避險基金），必須提高風險權數。 如此一來，不僅近3年全球避險基金數量減少25%、規模縮減40%，歐美金融業者在股票、債券及大宗商品等全球金融市場交易量也開始下滑，台股自然會受到波及。 想看更多有趣訊息，快上「蘋果搖錢樹」粉絲團
