大概是四年前的電腦，剛剛拆開來看看到Power日期是98年8月 CPU (中央處理器)：AMD Phenom II X2 550 3.1GHz MB (主機板)：技嘉 GigaByte MA770-UD3P RAM (記憶體)：Kingston DDR3-1333 2G*1+4G*1 總共6G VGA (顯示卡)：MSI R5770-Hawk HDD (硬碟)：WD 1TB 3.5吋 SATA II 硬碟 藍標 PSU (電源供應器)：Super Flower振華 600W/冰山美人 這是目前電腦的現況，硬碟是兩年前換過，然後顯卡是R4870爆掉之後換到5770 主要現在都是上網 看影集跟電影，遊戲方面主要是打LOL 跟爐石，之前是有玩WOW 感覺都還推得動 打遊戲就要關掉瀏覽器之類的 現在是想升級一下電腦，想整體順一點，然後看高畫質的影片不會出現很噸的 因為螢幕上個月換成VX239H 所以解析度變大，影片跑起來好像有點吃力。 那做法，爬文大概歸類成兩個 1. 買二手AMD Phenom II X4 945 3.0GHz 125W + SSD 2. 本來打算這件事就這樣過去吧 但越想越不愉快 決定不吐不快 也順便詢問版友們的經驗 禮拜五中午去神X門市辦理LG G2 帶回家之後有先充飽電再使用 剛開始滑的時候覺得右上角很不靈敏 卡卡的常常切不過去 爬文到也有其他版友/網友有相同情況 但我的情況不是一直都不靈敏 時好時壞 所以有時候會懷疑是不是自己手勢的關係 直到晚上睡覺前充飽電 3G WIFI都關掉 睡醒電量剩下82%(出去用了4~5小時 就掉到19%) 看其他使用者的心得 晚上睡覺全關的情況下幾乎都掉10%以下 很緊張自己是不是拿到電量異常的機子 (一方面也是想會不會是自己裝到耗電的軟體) 在兩個不確定的狀況下決定跑一趟門市詢問 殊不知就是不愉快的開始!! 關於電量的部分門市人員一直宣稱智慧型手機本來就很耗電 這樣的耗電量很正常 我提到別的使用者的經驗之後 他就開始說是我裝軟體的問題 觸控的部分 他先初步滑了幾下 幫我恢復原廠設定 再滑了一下 他認為沒問題 (這就是我擔心的部分 因為我的右上角時好時壞 希望可以有個檢測依據) 交涉中沒有提到任何送回維修站檢測判定的流程 或許是他認定我就是一定要去換新機 所以就對我說: "我們可以直接換新機給你 但是如果這隻舊機檢測沒問題 你就要付賠償金" 在我聽來這句話是威脅(!?) 相較於換不換新機 我更希望他可以想辦法解決我機子究竟有沒有問題的疑慮 對於他們的運作流程跟處理態度 真的讓人不敢恭維 或許是我不夠了解門市運作方式 如果有錯誤麻煩糾正 ------------------------後續---------------- 離開門市後 我自己送去維修站 他們幫我寄送去維修檢測中心 檢測判斷是否異常 態度跟處理流程讓我覺得好太多了!也合理多了.... 是說 以後手機都該直接送維修站嗎?? --------------------------------------------- -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.224.49.22
