高達82億次 遠通App遭攻擊

國道計程今(2)日起正式收費，不過，就在收費前一天，傳出遠通遭駭客攻擊，對於計程收費APP遭受不明人士惡意攻擊，遠通電收今天發表聲明指出，網路攻擊僅限APP，3.5小時內高達近82億次。

遠通聲明指出，1月1日網路攻擊僅限APP，計程收費系統正常服務；計程收費電腦系統轉換作業過程，發生計程收費APP遭到每1秒鐘內超過65萬次惡意攻擊，累積於3.5小時內高達近82億次。

遭到惡意攻擊後，系統產生緩慢狀況，為使路人資料受到安全保護，遠通電收立即對APP進行隔離作業，所有與用路人相關系統維持正常運作。

遠通強調，計程收費APP受到分散式阻斷服務，APP用戶資料完全受到保障；自1月1日上午約11時起，計程收費網路監控作業時，發現有來自不同IP位址持續性攻擊行為，試圖癱瘓APP。APP啟動安全防範措施，完全沒有資料流出的議題，以保障用戶資料為最高前提。

遠通電收說，本次所發生的惡意攻擊行為已向警方報案，目前掌握的攻擊時段如下：11:10~11:35、11:40~12:30、18:40~19:05、19:30~20:10、22:15~22:45、23:40~00:20；每1秒鐘內超過65萬次攻擊，累計3.5小時高達近82億次。遠通說，造成使用智慧型手機APP用路人的不便，遠通電收深表歉意，至於有關於APP查詢功能，建議用路人可透過遠通網站，或至7-11、全家、萊爾富及OK等超商多媒體事務機進行查詢。

台東-台中 自強號停靠金崙

（中央社記者盧太城台東縣2日電）台灣鐵路台中往返台東列車，從28日恢復行駛自強號列車，同時增加停靠台東金崙站，有助帶動地方觀光。

民主進步黨籍立委劉櫂豪今天表示，台東鄉親和中部旅客多次向他反映，爭取台中往返台東自強號列車復駛，同時促進地方觀光增加停靠金崙站，已獲台鐵局同意。

劉櫂豪指出，台鐵南迴線台東至台中自強號列車民國99年起停駛，對於長途旅客非常不便，因此台東鄉親極力反映希望台鐵能夠儘速恢復自強號行駛，經他多次努力，台鐵決定在28日起復駛。

另外，金崙地區發展溫泉觀光，旅客陸續成長，但金崙站沒有自強號停靠，對當地觀光發展非常不利，因此他也極力爭取自強號停靠。

台鐵局決定28日車次5374、5371自強號將停靠金崙站，2月10日以後229車次自強號也將增加停靠金崙站。1030102

國道計程首日 車流差異不大

根據高公局統計，國道計程收費正式計費第一天，早上尖峰時段車流量大致順暢，各路段增減大約在百分之十左右，高公局副局長吳木富分析，各壅塞路段的差異會因為長程短程有所增減，但是都在當初預估的範圍當中，實際的成效還要長期評估。(陳葦庭報導)

根據高公局統計，二號早上的尖峰時段，五股到泰山、國一楠梓到岡山路段都增加百分之十的車流量，中部的豐原到大雅則減少百分之五到百分之十，路況大致上和計次收費沒有太大差異，高公局副局長吳木富說：「車速大概尖峰時段還是維持尖峰的車速，平常不塞的路段大概七八十以上，比較特別的是五股到台北這段，大概四、五時左右，總體來講影響不大。」

至於下班時段是否會有影響，吳木富分析，民眾會考量長短程採取對自己有利的路線，但他認為民眾下班時可能比較有意願改走替代道路，所以實際狀況是否會和早上一樣，還必須再評估。

另外，針對ETC APP被駭客入侵，他也表示，儘管這次沒有造成資料外洩，但也要求遠通電收做全面的檢討，並邀請專家進行維護，避免類似事件再發生。

雖然我之前就有注意到眼尾有一點細紋跑出來了
但是最近可能是天氣比較冷的關係 越看越明顯.. 已經變成靜態紋了
就算很勤擦抗老保養品也都沒什麼太大的作用
有點想去打肉毒桿菌
我有先在網路上找到八千代診所打還蠻划算的
想問一下大家 它們家打魚尾紋的效果好不好啊?

顏萬進將入監　囑託宜檢執行

【賴又嘉／台北報導】內政部前次長顏萬進因於7年前的北投纜車弊案中收賄120萬元，協助業者取得執照，另詐領機票，去年11月被最高法院判處12年6月徒刑定讞。
 
台北地檢署日前收到確定判決，但因顏萬進戶籍在宜蘭，且向北檢聲請移轉管轄，北檢依規定囑託宜蘭地檢署代為執行，因此顏萬進近期將到宜蘭監獄入監服行。
