【潘姿羽／新北報導】淡海新市鎮房價基期低且建設陸續到位，交易量穩居新北市前3名，業者也緊抓這波銷售熱潮，指標個案如「台北灣No.6江南大宅」、「佳昂晴海」和「合康慕夏」紛紛宣布過年期間照常營業或提前開工。 「台北灣No.6江南大宅」除夕的營業時間為9:00~17:30，初一至初四10:00~19:00，初五便開工，「合康慕夏」、「佳昂晴海」都休除夕、初一，初二便開工。「合康慕夏」專案經理林源鑫表示，過年期間雖然來客數較少，但只要喜歡就會下手，成交機率高。

疑商船隨意排放廢油 梧棲外海遭汙染
