全球首例　公平會罰蘋果２千萬

蔡孟修、徐毓莉、劉邠如／綜合報導】針對蘋果公司限制我國電信業者iPhone綁約價格一案，公平會今以違反《公平交易法》第18條，開罰2千萬元，並要求立即停止違法行為。而這也是蘋果產品銷售以來，首次因限制經銷商價格挨罰。

公平會表示，蘋果手機在台灣的銷售量占其全球銷量的1%，主要是透過中華電信、台灣大哥大、遠傳3家公司銷售，這次經公平會討論，蘋果與3大業者的關係屬經銷，而非代銷，故產權屬於我國電信業者，蘋果亞洲無權干涉綁約價。

公平會表示，這次開罰的證據是根據合約，及業者與蘋果亞洲的電子郵件的往返內容為依據，其中電子郵件中提及綁約資費方案必須使用同意、核准…等字眼，甚至連廣告內容、手機補貼金額、新舊款價差都必須經蘋果亞洲公司核准。

過去因限制經銷商轉售價格，而遭公平會開罰的還有捷安特的巨大機械工業公司，遭罰350萬元；衛浴設備廠商和成欣業公司，遭罰三百萬元；義美的子公司祥美，遭罰一百萬元。

而手機大廠三星，日前也因聘請工讀生和部落客，在網路上假裝用戶褒揚自己產品，抹黑其他廠牌產品，又稱「寫手門事件」，也遭公平會開罰一千萬元。而針對這次受罰，亞太區蘋果公司則表示，須進一步了解後再對外回應。

保值果然是商業手法

Q1 :所以上下全部只需要付他1元嗎?
可是那台是搭台哥大的門號
我是亞太預付卡 所以一定不能插卡~

不是只有付一塊錢那都只是噱頭,想了解還是要到現場
我曾經也這樣相信過結果去到現場他跟我說月租 3000

Q2 :那如果不插任何卡
還可以連家裡wifi嗎?

還是可以啊只要家裡有無線網路分享器就可以了

Q3 :那台是wifi版 內建8G
所謂wifi版是無線上網嗎?

wifi就是只純粹上網用的 3G 就是可以用 SIM卡
wifi跟3G 差別在有跟沒有SIM卡槽而已當然Wifi會比3G的還要來的便宜

Q4 :那如果是麥當勞這種公共場所 ，登入需要什麼帳密嗎?

熱點帳密啊,有些事不用的所以要到有WIFI公共場所要問在場的服務人員比較準

Q5 :公共場所登入wifi要錢嗎? (例如：收到帳單之類的東西)

我之前有詢問過中華電信就是每個月自己家的網路加幾十塊就會有一組帳密
那個就是到外面接WIFI的帳密至於網路傳輸費我就不清楚了

Q6 :如果我都沒有插任何卡就使用家裡wifi，會被發現嗎?

不會被發現啊 為什麼會被發現?

Q7 :只要是智慧型手機/平版，有wifi熱點就都可以上網?

要有帳號密碼才可以或是熱點的帳密 現在大部分都是改熱點吧!!
