江宜樺：創造學術研究理想環境

行政院長江宜樺今天表示，政府有責任創造學術及教育工作者最理想的環境，讓原立意良善的制度不被歪曲，矯正可能的弊端。

江宜樺今天出席第17屆國家講座暨第57屆學術獎頒獎典禮時表示，讓研究者精力得以充分釋放，繼續發揮所長，是政府現正努力的方向。

江宜樺致詞時表示，學術研究最大的意義，除追求真理，也希望能研發出更好的社會制度，或改善人類的物質生活。

他說，但由於制度或時代的改變，學術界開始出現學術本質「異化」的感慨，研究者為了應付政策或制度的要求，例如SCI（科學引文索引）、SSCI（社會科學引文索引）制度，學術本質不再那麼鮮明，扭曲做學問的快樂。

江宜樺說，政府有責任創造學術及教育工作者最理想的環境，這是政府現正努力的方向，讓原本立意良善的制度不被歪曲，矯正可能的弊端，使研究者精力得以充分釋放，繼續發揮所長。
