7-11 北海道霜淇淋
便利商店加入霜淇淋戰爭的行列，全家有 NISSEI 霜淇淋，7-11 也引進了日本北海道十勝產霜淇淋
這真的讓大家隨時都能吃到霜淇淋，不再只是麥當勞的蛋捲冰淇淋或是義美了
在台南有三家 7-11 開賣北海道霜淇淋，上市時原本想要去搶鮮品嘗的
不過剛好老婆生產去了，所以也沒有跟別人一頭熱，直到最近才去品嘗

7-11 北海道霜淇淋

這次去買霜淇淋都不用排隊，可能現在天氣變冷了吧！沒什麼人要吃冰了
回想全家霜淇淋夏天上市的時候，幾乎都是整間便利商店塞滿的狀態
現在沒人排隊也不賴啊！想吃就可以吃！撐到明年夏天還會夯嗎？

7-ELEVEN 北海道霜淇淋的口味其實頗奶的，而且也還算是濃郁
若是沒有與其他家霜淇淋同時比較的話，我覺得和蛋捲冰淇淋也差不多
我事後也有再去吃全家的，也是感覺很濃郁，也都一樣不錯吃
因此我的結論就是，若沒有同時一起比較的話，每一家都不錯XD
不過我可能還是會選擇全家的，因為有巧克力更像是霜淇淋啦^^

募兵加薪未納軍官 夏立言：明年三月檢討

府院今天上午宣布明年元旦調高士兵與士官的勤務加給。立委林郁方認為，尉官沒有包含在這波調薪內，恐將形成尉官待遇比士官低的弔詭情況。國防部副部長夏立言表示，這次調薪只是加給部分，整體不會有尉官薪資低於士官的狀況，明年三月國防部會再做檢討。

夏立言說，募兵制的政策已經定調，國防部會全力配合推動。現階段確實發現一些問題，國防部做了很多改進措施。募兵制是國家重要政策，也是先進國家必須走的一條路，會繼續往前邁進，絕對不會走回頭路。

志願役士官兵明年1月起加薪，但軍方原先爭取的尉級軍官並未納入。國防部副部長夏立言今天說，明年3月再行檢討。

立院外交及國防委員會今天邀國防部副部長夏立言對「美軍事交流合作及軍購執行現況」，進行專案報告並備詢。

行政院上午宣布志願役從明年元旦起，調增士官、士兵的志願役勤務加給每月新台幣2000元至4000元。

中國國民黨籍立法委員林郁方質詢說，尉級軍官的加給不變，士官（不含士官長）、士兵勤務加給到1萬元，有沒有可能軍官的錢比士官少？

夏立言答詢時說，只有加給部分有增加，整體待遇不會。他表示，這次不斷爭取軍、士、兵全部要增加，限於國家財力，明年3月會再檢討。
