「最美陸橋」再見今晚拆除

橫跨新莊區思源路的思源陸橋曾被地方譽為「最美陸橋」，但今晚將拆除，市議員黃林玲玲感嘆「好可惜」；台北市捷運局北工處表示，為配合捷運環狀線施工才得拆橋，最快2年後原狀恢復。

黃林玲玲表示，10多年前她擔任新莊市長時，就將思源陸橋等人行陸橋陸續改裝，除了有造型還有光雕，讓陸橋在夜晚顯得耀眼奪目，成為當地新地標。

陸橋跨中原路側會保留，新橋將於捷運主體結構完工後原狀恢復，但要往新北大道方向遷移50公尺。

北工處說，今晚拆除作業，封閉頭前路至中原路口約200公尺，除公車外，其餘車輛請改道。

〔自由時報記者王定傳／新北報導〕真是一字千金！陳姓男子發現同樣是三軍儀隊退伍的陳姓學弟，竟在臉書辱罵他「小人」，一狀告上法院，求償20萬元。新北地院法官判陳姓學弟須賠償20萬元，等於1個字10萬元，可上訴。

陳男昨說，他是三軍儀隊退伍，他與陳姓學弟的關係，既是學長也是公司內的上司，學弟因連續請假，甚至曠職，只好請他走人。未料對方竟在網路指名道姓辱罵說「陳XX小人、王八蛋」等語。

陳男說，他對學弟很好，遭此辱罵十分難受，且他在三軍儀隊退伍弟兄圈中有一定名氣，害他常常被其他學弟、學長調侃，加上學弟堅不認罪、道歉，才提告給他一點教訓。

判決書指出，去年12月間，陳姓學弟在臉書辱罵「小人」等語，陳男發現後提告，法院依公然侮辱罪判學弟罰金2千元，另提求償20萬元。因學弟未出庭，法院依刑事判決等認定確有此事，判賠20萬元。記者昨未聯繫上陳姓學弟，無法得知其回應。

印度南部火車行駛中突起火　至少釀23死

印度一輛火車在28日凌晨3時左右，在行駛途中突然起火燃燒，造成至少23人死亡，其中包括2名兒童。目前尚無法確定起火原因。

根據印度媒體報導，印度南部這班快速列車原本預計從班加羅爾市(Bangalore)開往南德(Nanded)，但卻在安德拉省(Andhra Pradesh)空調起火，之後火勢迅速蔓延。

據悉，車廂內共有約67名乘客，救護人員趕抵現場後，在車廂內找到至少23具遺體，其中還包括2名兒童，大部分罹難者是遭濃煙嗆死，其餘乘客則幸運逃生。而起火原因仍需待進一步調查。

之前的手錶都是買199或299的,最高應該沒超過500

然後不是斷錶帶,就是電池沒電之後懶得戴

還有常常過了幾天就快了一兩分鐘XD...

上支199的錶沒電之後,很久沒戴手錶了

今年note3上市前
萬元尊爵預購禮鬧得沸沸揚揚,有不少人(包括在下)都在肖想送的是訂價9990的gear
結果...是多一年保固與被罵得半死的其他...

當然,一支要價近萬的gear,賣得也相當慘烈

約在上週初接到Galaxy gear 6990的簡訊,就在想要不要去弄一支(還是貴)
前兩次經過建國路都忍住了

就在昨天...第三次經過時,忍不住進了三星旗艦店看看...

就這樣糊里糊塗的買了
本想買玫瑰金,但可想而知缺貨
第二志願黃色也沒有現貨...

只好買了橘色

盒裝

打開之後

左為充電線,右為手錶基座(目前已知為充電及與手機配對用)

配對中,橘色的也不錯看啦...錶帶上頭為攝像頭,可拍攝200萬畫素相片與15秒鐘短影片

放上基座準備充電

這支手錶因為其價格,可說被罵到體無完膚
但是一天多使用以來,發現其實還是相當不錯的

可以設定為接收line、電話、信件、fb
電量也沒大家講的只能維持一天這樣誇張,
凌晨四點到現在沒充電,剩下63%
如果是這樣的比例推算剛好可用50小時

兩天充一次電應該ok(反正我睡覺時就接著充電)

有時不方便拿手機時收收各種訊息是相當ok的...

以上是好話

接下來要講一個大缺點...

剛剛沒有提到通話,表示我最大的不滿在這...

首先,當手錶設定接受來電通知時
它就會自動幫我接聽電話而我不自覺
今天在外面跑時,同事打2通給我,說有接起來的聲音但沒聽到我的聲音

我才知道他有打給我

回家拿了另一支手機打給自己,發現它不但會自動接聽電話
而且我的手機只會響不到兩秒鐘...

讓我常常會因此漏接來電...
重點是還會浪費對方電話錢

連我關掉手機中gear的來電提醒功能也貌似無法解決?

嗯...以上是gear的暫時心得

等等要跟gear通話功能問題奮戰一下,不知道問題出在哪裡
千萬不要是關了藍芽才能解決?

扣除最後的通話問題(其實滿嚴重)
gear是支很不錯的錶

整體來說是很棒的錶

就是那個價格太...
6990還是很貴的

我之前動到連接耳機自動接聽的選項了
搞真久XD

那麼這是支90分的錶了
10分扣在價格稍高

因為之前設定時想說接上耳機就自動接聽無疑問
沒想到製造了如今的問題
