現在的旗艦手機常常強調自己的cpu多快多新 請問一下大家現在高階手機cpu差距會很大嗎? 像Qualcomm S800 S600 S4APQ8064 之間的差距會很大嗎?(使用流暢度上) 我知道一般使用好像沒什麼差 那什麼使用情況下這些cpu差距就會顯現出來?是玩重度遊戲嗎? 而這邊的差距是指應用程式跑不跑得動還是會不會lag或鈍鈍的? PS 不太知道重度遊戲是指什麼? 一般使用是指line fb youtube 瀏覽網頁 導航 聽音樂 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 211.72.230.34

啥叫偷專利??? 無知最厲害.

每一個產品研發錢都會做關鍵技術專利搜尋, 以期能避免踩到別人的專利

或者預先做專利迴避,無可迴避時也必須先做損害控制預防措施,或者談授權

但專利搜尋就能100%的避免踩到別人的專利嗎? 真是好傻好天真...

專利大廠對於關鍵專利,常常會用關鍵字隱藏的伎倆,

明明常用XXX來形容某個詞彙, 但故意用OOO或@@@來形容, 讓競爭對手專利搜尋時找不到

這個方是幾個好處....減少專利被找到的機率,讓競爭者落入陷阱, 其次避免關鍵專利被找到後破解抄襲

坦白說, 台灣人打嘴砲最厲害,專利牆不是一朝一夕築的起來

而HTC也曾經幹幾次高招, 否則水果公司怎會輕易拿錢跟HTC和解?
