【吳國仲／新北報導】今天凌晨6時許，新北市樹林區八德街發生一起住宅火警，1棟3層樓公寓起火，現場冒出大量濃煙，被路過民眾發現，趕緊大喊失火並打電話報警。獨居在裡面的屋主朱慶和(81歲)，情急之下竟從2樓抓著樹枝跳下來，導致左腳踝疼痛，由救護車送醫後無大礙。
 
新北市消防局第五大隊長洪萬見表示，該戶為茶葉行，主要為茶葉製作與包裝之用，裡面堆放大量易燃物品，因此火勢延燒很快。屋主朱慶和當時被鄰居叫醒，情急下只好從陽台直接跳下來，還好有抓樹枝緩和衝力，否則後果不堪設想。
 
警消初步調查，起火點位在公寓2樓，並延燒1樓及3樓，總燃燒面積約30坪，確切起火原因還有待火調人員調查。

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】秘魯安地斯山脈，一輛超載雙層巴士，在駛經有「魔鬼彎」之稱的路段時失事墜入深谷，造成16死58傷，死者包括1名1歲嬰兒。

據英國《每日郵報》報導，事發在前天中午，巴士正前往首都利馬。警方指事發時司機非常疲累而且超速，救援人員到場救出被困的傷者。秘魯常發生致命巴士車禍，去年當地就有超過4000人在巴士車禍中身亡，當中大部分都是窮困農民。

我對自己的英文能力還蠻有信心的說,
可是我去參加一次多益考試滿分990才考了480我嚇傻了,
竟然連600都沒有!!!!!
想說畢業找工作也要這張成績,給了自己一個目標,TOEIC800,
因此想找補TOEIC的補習班,
開始打聽後發現班上同學還蠻多人在台北時代補習班,
去補習班參觀後,我還蠻喜歡那邊補TOEIC的環境,
而且他們的選課排課都很方便,週末星期六或日的課也很多,
後來經過各方考慮後,我就在台北時代補TOEIC了.

我上的是TOEIC跟英文會話的課程,因為也希望加強口說的能力,
老師在課堂上教很多給我們,像是矯正我英文發音,給我更多新觀念,
作答TOEIC的技巧,老師也分享人生經驗,帶給我們很多上課的樂趣.

老師說TOEIC要高分並不難,只要多背他整理給我們的TOEIC講義,
課後複習多做題目,熟悉TOEIC題型,更重要的是可以多聽外國節目,
能辨別美ˋ加ˋ英ˋ澳四國口音,在作答TOEIC聽力上有很大的幫助,
有問題提出來,老師一定會幫我解決,讓我覺得老師真的很用心,
而且我的顧問也很關心我上課狀況,有問題找他討論課程他都會幫我,

我在時代補TOEIC也有一陣子了,也參加兩次免費的TOEIC模擬考,
一次次的進步讓我好有成就感,第二次考到TOEIC600分了唷!!!
我也報名下個月的模考,希望能邁向TOEIC800分的目標,

地球村美日語外我還知道一間網路上很多人推薦的時代美日語補習班，
也可以同時學美日語課程。

當初我在找補習班的時候，兩家美日語補習班我都有實際比較過，
以美日語課程同時報的價錢來說，地球村美日語會比時代來的便宜，
不過以老師方面來說時代會比地球村美日語來得好，
因為時代有把甄選老師的標準透明的公開在網路上，
老師的資歷及教學經驗也都可以在網站查詢。

使用教材的部分，地球村美日語是使用自家編輯的課本當教材，
而時代是用國際知名出版社的書籍，
就我自己的感覺是外國人從小就使用自己國家的語言，
對語言了解度會比我們好，使用他們編寫的書學習才不容易有錯誤。

除了價錢和教材的差異外，我想最大的不同是在於上課的制度了。
地球村美日語是採自主學習，選課上課都要自己安排時間，
自己要了解自己學習美日語的狀況，
再自己決定要不要往上一階學習，還是要再把美日語的基礎學好。

時代美日語則是會有顧問老師不定時追蹤，
了解我最近的學習狀況與遭遇的困難，
適時幫我調整課程提供解決方法給我，
並且安排美日語課程前會先幫我做測驗，
推薦適合我程度的班級，讓我有效率的學習。

經過我層層思考後，我選擇了時代美日語，
原因是我怕去地球村美日語學語言，寬鬆的上課方式，
我的意志力不夠堅定會容易半途而廢，
這樣就算學費便宜也只是浪費，
而且我覺得好的老師比什麼都重要，才能確實提升我的美日語能力。

以上皆是我比較地球美日語和時代的個人想法給你參考，
你可以去了解這兩家的優缺點後再決定。
