馬政府各部會輪流失火，馬本人更三不五時添油助燃，形成一片火海，越來越多身陷火海的痛苦民眾，渴望新人新政解救他們。

按理說，這是最大在野黨取而代之的天賜良機，但民進黨山頭近來很像國民黨人，為明年選舉搶先卡位，頻頻以重話隔空交火，不知傷了多少人的心，流失了多少選票，讓繫念台灣前途者焦急不已。

馬英九掌權五年以來，扶植財團狼狽為奸，欺壓小民絕不手軟，執意走上「終極統一」的不歸路，情勢已經非常明顯，再不用選票阻斷「馬路」，台灣將很快陷入黑暗時代。但龐大的「黨國利益共同體」在非法黨產支撐下，還有極其堅固而難以突破的堡壘。從解嚴以後歷次選舉的結果看來，若非藍營分裂，綠營再怎麼團結都無法撼動那座堡壘。

柯文哲提出的日韓「在野大聯盟」模式，揆諸台灣的現況，或許太過理想；但在北台灣打著民進黨旗號真的很難勝選，該黨卻規定只能支持黨員參選，沒有團結綠營、一切為台灣的胸襟氣度，格局未免太小。

民進黨的招牌落漆已久，一般民眾大概不會緬懷前輩戰將的豐功偉業了，他們不甘寂寞，還想重披戰袍，結果將十分難堪。十二月八日蔡仁松「談『回鍋掌權』」一文，指出以色列人年過五十就以「大老」身份退而培養下一代領袖，實在值得該黨前輩諸公省思效法。深盼該黨上下以蒼生為念，推舉不限黨員而真能吸納選票的賢能之士，明年先在各戰略要地摘下「車輪旗」，才可望阻斷「馬路」，守護台灣。

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】泰國曼谷一名32歲孌童魔，今年8月才出獄，但本月再次犯案，在街上誘拐6歲女童後性侵並殺害，警方昨天尋回女童屍體後，旋即拘捕孌童魔歸案。

根據《曼谷郵報》的報導，案發約在10天前，受害女童與父親參加一場民歌演唱會，到大約晚間10時許，女童感到疲累，父親便把她放在貨車上睡覺，沒想到演唱會結束時，父親發現女童失踪，於是向警方求助。調閱附近的閉路電視片段，發現原來女童被一名男子拐走，警方便展開追捕。

案件到周日(15日)有突破性的發展，有民眾在市區發現一具女童的屍體，經比對後證實就是受害女童的屍體，警方到周日下午成功逮捕嫌犯。孌童魔坦承在一個地鐵站附近性侵了女童，然後將她勒死，但當時不知道女童已經死亡，以為只是暈倒。
