【突發中心／台北報導】網路上流傳一段一名男子在捷運車廂內抽菸的影片，一名平頭戴眼鏡的男子坐在捷運車廂內的博愛座，翹著二郎腿就從口袋拿出香菸點燃開始吞雲吐霧，坐在對面的女子將整個過程拍攝了下來。 該名抽菸男子邊抽菸一邊將菸灰彈到車廂地板，抽菸的過程還假裝他是外國人，說著沒人聽得懂的話語，但是在過程中卻用流利的中文提到前總統李登輝及四面佛，懷疑是故意裝作是外國人然後在車上抽菸，在影片的後半段有女子出聲制止，但是該名男子還是持續吞雲吐霧，完全不理會，直到畫面出現背著書包的同學上前制止，該男子用流利的中文說聲謝謝，才在車廂的地板用腳踏熄香菸。 很多網友回應，該名男子抽的是假菸，也有網友表示為何要裝韓國人和日本人，影片快結束時有發現一旁站有車廂站務人員，但是影片並沒有交代該名男子是否有被開罰，由於無法證實該影片是在北捷還是高捷，詳細狀況還有待向捷運公司查證才可得知。 This entry passed through the Full-Text RSS service — if this is your content and you're reading it on someone else's site, please read the FAQ at fivefilters.org/content-only/faq.php#publishers.

【蔡筱雯╱綜合報導】新加坡一頭6歲大的栗鼠「布布」，最近在網路大受歡迎，主人設計各種場景，讓布布置身其中拍照，牠時而跟凱蒂貓一起喝下午茶，時而推著購物車外出，網友大呼「可愛到失控」，專屬網站已有1.4萬名粉絲。 不過俗稱「龍貓」的栗鼠，在台灣屬保育類動物，不得買賣飼養。

警察取締爆粗口 民眾包圍警車

【李光濱／花蓮報導】花蓮縣新城警分局2名警員，昨天晚間9時許開巡邏車進入秀林鄉景美村加灣部落，見村民張金妹〈55歲〉騎機車未戴安全帽當場攔下，因聞到張婦有濃濃酒味於是對張婦酒測，警要載張婦回派出所時，三棧社區發展協會理事長林一郎趨前跟警理論，要警放過張婦，稱開過社區治安會報時警分局長曾承諾在村內見民眾交通違規盡量「以勸導代替取締！」
但執勤的警員金仁德卻回說「你說的分局長是誰啊！」不理會林男的理論，林擋在警車前拍了好幾下引擎蓋不讓警車前進，目擊民眾說，當時金姓警員爆粗口連罵了2次「幹」，還開警車壓傷林的左腳。引起村民群起激憤，至少有60多位看不下去前來聲援，包圍警車討回公道，林則在現場嗆聲「先把林一郎撞死再走」情緒激動。
2名警員眼看村民越來越多，趕緊呼叫警網支援，警派出10多名警力前往現場維安，但村民堅持要警察放開關在警車內的張婦，雙方村內道路僵持對峙近2個小時，直到縣議員黃輝寶出面抵現場跟警協調後，村民才同意讓警車離去，結束這場警民衝突。 新城警分局副局長黃忠賢表示，警調閱警車行車紀錄器及兩名警員執勤蒐證畫面，並未發現有警員取締不當或爆粗口情事，該婦人酒測值達0.86仍被依涉公共危險罪法辦，警方取締依法行政，並無在村內巷道不取締的情況。
