幾年前，一位知名的女性整形醫師就說過，她可以從顧客的內衣就一眼準確判斷出，對方是大老婆、還是小三。通常，「內外不同」落差極大，外表光鮮亮麗，胸罩卻發黃變形的，絕對是大老婆，難怪老公會偷腥。

針對女性的觀察，是如此；回頭看看男性的穿著，也有類似的模式。在高級私人健身俱樂部擔任主管的開鵬跟我說，很多企業家來運動，脫掉西裝、襯衫後，穿著內衣褲的樣子，還真的令人傻眼，不知道該說他是過於節儉、還是沒時間汰換。

但是，開鵬也補充說，會有「內外不同」落差的男性，通常是很顧家的好好先生，貪玩的男人連內衣褲都很講究，無論品牌、款式、價格都絕對不平民化。

服裝儀容，關乎面子；承諾責任，則是裡子

重視外在打扮而忽略內衣穿著的人，比較花心血去應付對別人的承諾，而不是很在意如何把善待自己當成該負的責任。服裝儀容，關乎面子；承諾責任，則是裡子。舉個截然不同的例子來說，逗弄別人的小孩時，感覺很開心，即使他哭鬧不休，都還是認為很可愛呀！但是，回到家抱自己的小孩，就感覺很疲累，加上他哭鬧不休，就會想要對小孩發脾氣。

這樣的「內外不同」並非虛偽，而是因為我們對別人家的小孩，可以不必有任何養育和管教的責任，所以能夠很輕鬆地表達友善與美好的態度；對自家的小孩，不但有責任，還會有期望，甚至連「愛之深；責之切！」的道理都可以冠冕堂皇地搬出來了。

大部分的人都沒有想到：過度強調的承諾與責任，很容易在無形中傷害彼此的關係。慶雄比一般人聰慧，聽完我的講座之後，舉手分享他的體驗。當他做義工去偏鄉社區照顧居老人時，超級有耐心；回到家裡侍奉父母，只要兩老有點嘮叨，他就會發脾氣。
