勞資會議辦法翻修 月底上路

勞委會通過「勞資會議實施辦法」修正案，除新增雇主應給勞方代表公假參加會議外，也不得對勞方代表有解雇、降職或減薪等不當對待，公司也應在勞資會議報告員工異動、離職率等勞工最新動態，以避免資方濫用無薪假。

勞委會預計月底前公告實施，這也是該法1985年上路以來最大規模翻修。

勞委會說，根據勞基法規定，雇主若欲延長工時、彈性工時和女性夜間工作等重大勞動權益，須經工會同意才能實施，若無工會，則須經勞資會議同意，由於國內工會成立比率低，更顯勞資會議的重要性。

不知你有沒有覺得電腦愈用愈慢呢？除了可能是因為電腦中的硬碟快滿了外，另外也有可能是因為登錄檔充滿太多垃圾所致。登錄檔在電腦的組成可說是佔了非常重要的部份，許多軟體的安裝資訊、設定都會寫入到登錄檔，但是當我們移除這些軟體時，往往都不會被主動清楚，造成登錄檔愈變愈腫大，而系統效率也就愈來愈低落。

「Wise Registry Cleaner 」這套軟體就是清楚系統檔錄檔的工具，可以有效安全地清除系統無用的登錄檔資訊，並有一鍵加速及登錄檔重組的功能，不過登錄檔的整理屬於危險的操作，如果大家不熟悉，最好還是看一下本文或者自行評估風險再決定。

Step 1.
首先，先去下載此一軟體，而下載後執行自解壓縮檔即可解壓縮。接著，執行資料夾內的「WiseRegistryCleanerPortable.exe」，在開始動作之前，請先按下上方的【備份】來備份登錄檔。


Step 2.
之後，按下【開始掃描】，讓這軟體來檢查你是否有沒有用的登錄檔。

Step 3.
檢查之後，按下【開始清理】，就可以清掉沒有用的登錄檔囉！

Step 4.
之後，按下【系統最佳化】，選擇要最佳化的項目後，再按下【最佳化】。

Step 5.
這軟體也提供登錄檔最佳化，按下【登錄檔重組】→【開始分析】。

Step 6.
分析完後，會告訴你登錄檔可以減肥多少，按下【重組】後，就可以將登錄檔減肥囉！

小結：整體來說，海芋覺得這是一套操作起來相當簡單的「登錄檔重組/減肥程式」，不過操作登錄檔是有相當程度的風險，比較不建議新手來操作。

Bluetooth SIG 宣布，正式推出更新版藍牙核心規格 －藍牙4.1版本。

此次更新是自2010年7月推出 Bluetooth Smart技術，以智慧與低耗能技術建構物聯網 (IoT)的無線革命性技術後的另一重大演進。藍牙4.1版本提供 LTE 的並存支援，可增加大量資料的傳輸速率，提升消費者使用經驗。此更新允許裝置同時具備多重角色，協助開發商進行創新開發，更可作為 IP 連接基礎，拓展藍牙技術成為物聯網必要的無線連結技術標準。

Bluetooth SIG 行銷長卓文泰 (Suke Jawanda)表示，Bluetooth Smart 技術推出，助力藍牙市場快速增長，接下來五年內，藍牙相關產品年度出貨量預估將突破45億件。透過更新藍牙規格去帶動此預期成長，並藉由各種變革，協助開發商發揮產品功能，同時降低其他無線技術干擾，在減少手動操作情況下提高 Bluetooth Smart 產品的資料傳輸速度及連線維持能力。
