苗栗影印器材行起火 損失數百萬

中央社 – （中央社記者管瑞平苗栗縣30日電）苗栗縣政府旁的1間影印器材行，今天清晨4時突然傳出火警，屋內堆放都是易燃物質，火勢猛烈，所幸無人傷亡。 苗栗消防局清晨4時49分接獲報案，苗栗市府東路上的透天厝冒出陣陣濃煙，立刻派員前往現場，發現火舌已經從屋後的倉庫冒出來，趕緊拉出水線搶救。 但起火的透天厝是1家影印器材行，屋內堆放大量影印機、紙張以及油墨等易燃物質，火勢迅速蔓延開來，鄰近1間三合院也遭到波及，隔壁還是立法委員徐耀昌的服務處，消防隊員不敢掉以輕心。 附近1名巫姓住戶指出，在睡覺的時候聽到陣陣爆炸聲響，原本以為是放鞭炮，沒多久就聞惡臭的味道，直到員警在門口猛敲鐵門大喊失火了，他才趕緊用輪椅推著高齡80多歲行動不便的母親，跑出來逃命，簡直是「嚇壞了」。 消防隊員同時也利用破壞器材，分別撬開前後鐵門進行灌救，不過火勢在屋內悶燒，高熱溫度加上嗆人濃煙增加搶救的困難，直到鄰居指出，影印器材行白天才有人上班，晚上沒有人住，大家才鬆了一口氣。 儘管火勢已經被控制，初步判斷沒有人員受困，但消防隊員還是必須等火舌完全熄滅，才能進一步清理火場，同時調查起火原因，而業者在屋內存放的影印器材幾乎都付之一炬，估計損失至少3、400萬元。1021130

摑護理師巴掌 王貴芬獻花道歉

NOWnews – 社會中心／連線報導 蘆竹鄉民代表王貴芬掌摑林口長庚醫院護理師李瑋珍，引發輿論撻伐，30日上午，王貴芬前往林口長庚醫院獻花道歉。
王貴芬30日上午10點多帶著花束前往林口長庚醫院，希望能見到遭掌摑的護理師，向她致歉。王貴芬表示:「長庚有許多優秀的醫療人員，希望被掌摑的護理師可以感受到她的誠意。」
王貴芬的父親因在林口長庚醫院住院，王貴芬26日透過電話向護理師詢問父親案情，疑似因為不滿護理師在電話中對病情的說明，而在當天下午1點鐘左右，趕抵醫院怒斥該被害護理師，並當場掌摑護理師李瑋珍兩巴掌。
