印象中win7內建的windows update也可以更新office 我灌的是win7 x64和office 2010 x86，前陣子重灌後發現沒辦法更新office了 接收更新的地方顯示：僅適用於Windows 如圖紅框 http://i.imgur.com/A4ZWg2I.png

Toshiba、SanDisk 合作 15nm 製程 64Gbit 快閃記憶體，75mm2 迷你尺寸創下新紀錄

Ee713de006559897a82202cd23af3e56 Toshiba 與 SanDisk 合作開發快閃記憶體多年，繼去年首款採用 15nm 製程技術，所生產的 128Gbit 大容量晶圓後，近期又再發表採用相同製程的 64Gbit 容量產品。這款產品除了具有當前業界最小的 75mm2 體積，更以低消耗功率為設計標的，從而調降工作電壓並加入多項機能，因此具有技術創新的指標性意義。

今年 ISSCC 2015（International Solid-State Circuits Conference，國際固態電路研討會）活動期間，Toshiba 與 SanDisk 共同展出最新研究開發成果，正式揭露最新的 64Gbit 容量快閃記憶體。這項新技術焦點在於將採用 15nm 製程生產，這是比當前已經蔚為主流，大家所熟悉 A19nm 還要新的製程技術。

Toshiba 與 SanDisk，藉由 15nm 製程將裸晶圓尺寸縮小至 75mm2，堪稱是當前業界體積最小的 64Gbit 晶圓，而且仍為 2bit/Cell 結構的 MLC 產物，而非玩家所嫌棄 3bit/Cell 結構 TLC 產品。採用這項新製程技術所製造 64Gbit 晶圓，基於 Toggle DDR2 架構運作，資料傳輸速率高達 533Mb/s，官方標示吞吐量為 30MB/s。

64Gbit 容量裸晶圓應用相當廣泛，例如大家正在使用中的固態硬碟，為數不少裸晶圓都屬於這容量規格，然後經由堆疊封裝技術組合成較大容量顆粒。在此之前，常見 64Gbit 晶圓依技術陣營區分來看，Toshiba、SanDisk（主力與所主導制定規範為 Toggle）的 A19nm 尺寸為 94mm2，意味進化到 15nm 世代得以縮小約 20％。

其最大競爭對手應營 Micron 與 Intel（主力與所主導制定規範為 ONFi），很早之前就已經量產 16nm 顆粒，但是其生產主力為 128Gbit 產品。以這容量為參考比較基準，Micron 製品體積為 172mm2，反觀 Toshiba 去年所發表 15nm 製程 128Gbit 產品，是小上許多的 139mm2。

另外合宜的比較對象是 ISSCC 2014 活動期間，SK Hynix 曾展出 16nm 製程同級容量產品，當時所標示晶圓尺寸為 93.4mm2。也就是說 Toshiba、SanDisk 這項新品，體積比 SK Hynix 還要小 19％ 左右，意味每片晶圓容量密度更高，製造成本效益優於同業競爭對手。

除了製程技術進步外，官方還著手改善消耗功率表現，規格標示消耗功率為 5.7mW，做法是將以往普遍採用的 3.3V 工作電壓調降至 1.8V。這是一般人較少注意的重點，但如果你還記得前些年，有測試研究指出固態硬碟未必比硬碟省電，就不難理解廠商的意圖。不過單純調降電壓有些問題得克服，因此實際設計還加入多項技術，藉以抑制電流損耗等問題。

第一項是昇壓電路，官方將此技術稱為 SPPC（Smart Pumping Power Control），據稱單純將電壓從 3.3V 調降至 1.8V，可使消耗功率減少約 22％，加入 SPPC 之後則是可以達到 36％ 之多。關鍵在於沒有 SPPC 機制時和 3.3V 相比，電流量將會增加約 41％，加入 SPPC 則是可以壓低到 17％ 左右。

此外同樣基於電壓與電流成反比這定理，為了有效達成降低消耗功率這設計目的，還開發出 PPM（Peak Power Management）這峰值功率管理機制。因為傳統多晶圓堆疊封裝應用，各晶圓同步運作的電流峰值較高，如果無法供應短時間內所需大電流量，容易導致運作異常。

PPM 做用是能夠控制各晶圓運作狀態，利用錯開指令執行時間點的方式，分散各晶圓電流峰值出現時間點，如此解決預充電流量需求的問題。這運作方式像是中斷，或說非同步的概念，將導致資料吞吐量合理的降低。但官方表示在 4CE 堆疊封裝顆粒試驗案例中，雖然資料吞吐量會降低約 20％，但峰值電流最多可以減少 40～65％ 不等，以當前技術來說平衡點算是良好。

快閃記憶體製程演進，固然存在理論抹寫次數（Program/Erase）會隨之降低的技術限制，但概觀而言仍然是利大於弊。過去幾年固態硬碟價格能一再創新低，是受惠於晶圓製造成本降低，這點肯定無庸置疑。其次是新製程技術得以提高容量密度，這讓隨身碟、記憶卡等無法容納多少顆粒的產品，尺寸不變甚至做的更小，容量卻可以每隔一陣子倍增。這些應用再再顯示，半導體製程技術演進的重要性，不妨樂觀其成而無須太過於糾結。
