【劉榮輝／台南報導】台南市府城青工總會和台南市菁英青年協會主辦2013議長盃眷村麵食比賽，今天在北區大道新城廣場登場，一早參賽隊伍即忙著準備食材煮食，會場內也有小朋友擊鼓、電音三太子等表演，場面十分熱鬧。
 
中午一到，參賽隊伍端著煮好麵食，魚貫進入會場上菜，沿途香味撲鼻，讓人垂涎欲滴，比賽除評審團評分，還有現場觀眾當場食用評分。
 
製作紅豆餅和葱油餅參賽的陶耀芬說，麵食都是平日在家自己製作自己煮食，這次參賽不在得獎，志在美食交流。高齡86歲的趙先生過去曾經營麵食店，退休後不再下廚，這次參賽再持鍋鏟，直呼不能久操了，比賽只想跟久未碰面老眷戶們，趁此機會閒話家常。
 
「好吃！」林先生說，很難得吃到眷戶自己家裡的家常菜，希望能夠常辦類似活動，讓眷村美食與大家共享，也讓烹煮製作方法藉此交流傳承。想開麵食店的陳小姐興奮地說，今天才知道原來炸醬是這樣配煮出來，參賽的眷戶都不吝傳授配方和製作方法，有吃又可學，是很不錯的美食比賽活動。
