今日出版的《壹週刊》報導，日本籍武術演員大谷主水（Mondo）來台已7年，在演藝圈，大家或許還叫不出他名字，但在體壇，他可是曾經叱吒風雲，他是日本跆拳道國家代表隊，打過奧運，還曾是世界大學前8強，一身肌肉中看也中用。

【曾宛如／綜合報導】電眼美女徐若瑄最近忙著在台東拍國片《寒蟬》，前天她忽然在臉書驚呼：「為什麼我的眼裡有水泡？沒事吧我？」並放上眼睛特寫照，粉絲為她擔心，紛紛提供各種網路上的醫療資訊給她，她也感動回應：「謝謝鋼鐵寶貝們（指歌迷），等一下收工後，我立刻去看醫生。」
 
她在台東拍戲，雖然風很大，有時會一邊說台詞，一邊吃到自己的頭髮，但也趁機大啖美味的釋迦，她大誇：「也太好吃！」一次就買了4箱。雖然工作忙碌，她依然抽空翻閱舊相本，感慨說：「弟弟你曾經好瘦、姊姊妳好漂亮、媽媽妳好年輕、而我想不起我為了什麼哭到眼腫鼻紅了？」與船運少東李云峰熱戀、開始籌備明年婚宴的她，被網友笑虧：「婚禮的成長影片是要開始挑小時候照片了。」

【李子凡╱綜合報導】美國性感男星萊恩葛斯林（Ryan Gosling）與交往兩年的美豔女友伊娃曼德斯已有好一陣子沒被拍到一同現身，傳出已經分手。《OK！》雜誌報導剛恢復單身的葛斯林，與兩度分合的舊愛——曾合拍《手札情緣》的加拿大女星瑞秋麥亞當斯近來走得很近，兩人很可能愛火重燃、已經復合。
 
葛斯林與瑞秋8年前合拍《手》片假戲真作，兩人分分合合數次，葛斯林曾在受訪時表示：「瑞秋是我的人生摯愛。」不少粉絲紛紛在網路表示，希望這對速配的金童玉女真能復合。

歐洲央行 (ECB) 執行董事 Peter Praet 周二 (19日) 表示，歐元區經濟體沒有可見的通縮風險，但在通膨過低、信貸緊縮情形下，復甦情況仍非常脆弱。

因復甦腳步過於緩慢，歐洲央行於本(11)月稍早意外降息；因歐元區通膨只有 0.7%，遠低於目標的稍低於 2%，且歐洲央行表示，若有需要還能再降息。

《路透社》報導，Praet 上周提升了歐洲央行將展開購買資產推升通膨至目標的展望，他並指出，歐元區通膨仍低，但通膨預期則相當穩固，歐元區景氣上行是「確定的」，狀況正在改善，只是環境依然脆弱。

以購買資產形式進行的量化寬鬆(QE)政策，已經被美、英、日等國央行採用，不過歐洲央行管理委員會的23位委員對此卻意見分歧。

上周 Praet 則在發言中暗示，歐洲央行可以把存款利率降至負值，懲罰那些死抱現金不放的銀行。不過市場不認為這真的會被實施。《路透社》對貨幣市場交易員的調查也顯示，大部分人預期歐洲央行不會把存款利率降至負。

若歐元區真的陷入物價持續下降的通貨緊縮狀態，資產購買和負利率將會是歐洲央行與之抗衡的工具。不過 Praet 表示目前並沒有通縮風險。

據內情人士指出，歐洲央行日前的降息是由 Praet 所提出，並獲央行總裁德拉吉 (Mario Draghi) 的支持。歐洲央行官員對於降息時點討論了很多，但其對經濟的影響差別都不大。而奧地利央行行長 Ewald Nowotn 周一曾表示，雖然通膨率低於目標，但他認為還不需採取政策回應。
