【盧麗蓮／綜合報導】新竹市議員林智堅昨天質疑新竹市立動物園獸醫數不足，全園1人照顧304隻動物，但市府竟花百萬元買羊駝及羊駝籠舍展場改善。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，林智堅並質疑，動物園內平均每隻動物醫療經費為43.33元，但8合1、6合1疫苗一劑就要800元，在醫療資源嚴重不足下，寧花大錢買動物，不去改善現有狀況。新竹市府回應，購買羊駝是動物園與遊客的建議。

【生活中心／台北報導】台北市立動物園大貓熊寶寶「圓仔」，目前136日大，體重9480公克；近來只要沒有下雨，保育員便會讓圓仔與媽媽「圓圓」一起到戶外活動。當圓圓想把圓仔帶回室內時，會先在圓仔身邊走動，想讓圓仔跟著回室內，但圓仔多不乖乖地跟著媽媽走，圓圓最後只好半叼半捧著這個大寶寶，慢慢地把牠帶回房間。

有趣的是，為免一直叼著圓仔力道不穩、恐會傷到牠，圓圓走幾步路就會停下來休息，最後終於成功把圓仔帶回室內。動物園表示，有時圓圓覺得，現在所處的空間不安全，或想要換位置到一個牠覺得舒適的地方，若圓仔不跟著媽媽走，便會像這樣帶著寶寶移動。

標題[建議] Sony預算1萬左右

各位板友大家好 小弟一直以來都用最普通的手機(只有打&接) 不幸最近它壽終正寢了 想說好吧入手第一支智慧型 因為某些緣故比較想買Sony的 預算大約一萬(空機) 我對手機的需求還好 不太在意能玩多強的遊戲 or 拿來看畫質多好的影片 不過希望相機不要太差 不過最重要的考量是我預計明年要去美國念書 聽說不同國家有頻寬問題 所以至少要在美國能用(不能用就白買了) 這也是為何我希望相機不要太差 因為不太想再另外帶一個相機出去 不過不是說要真的超猛的相機 我不是要拍什麼專業相片 只是想記錄生活而已 另外的要求就是穩定吧 畢竟不希望出國前手機就爆了 軟體方面我大概也只會用用Line, 臉書, ... 不會用太多App 還有螢幕不要太大 覺得5吋已經是極限了 一手無法掌握會有點不太方便 --------------------------------------------------------------------- 簡而言之 我的需求: 1. 出國確定可用(括通話,上網,...) 2. 穩定(包括系統,Wifi,...) 3. 相機OK 4. 螢幕5吋左右或以內 不求: 1. 高畫質遊戲 2. 高畫質影片 3. 其它雜七雜八的噱頭 條件: 一萬左右或以內的Sony空機 (如果有很多種我猜我會挑裡面照相最好的吧) --------------------------------------------------------------------- 想問板上各位專家有什麼建議嗎? 謝謝~~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.109.135.192

【徐珮君／台北報導】內政部移民署上午舉辦建構友善移民環境，點亮全國心住民火炬頒獎典禮。副總統吳敦義表示，對我國採取免簽證的國家和地區多達134個，我們得到全世界友善的對待，應將心比心，把台灣打造為新住民樂於居住、安居樂業的地方。

內政部長李鴻源說，外配和陸配約50萬人，她們所生的新台灣之子也有30萬人，預估到2030年，台灣的年輕人中將有13.5%是新台灣之子，他們面臨文化、經濟、就業等問題，政府會給予輔導和照顧，讓他們受到認同。李坦言，《移民法》有很多地方須調整、修正，行政院上會期已將修正草案送到立法院審議，希望修法後能營造更友善的移民環境。

【蘇聖怡／台北報導】前行政院長謝長廷今在民進黨立委陪同下舉行記者會指出，人民有免於恐懼的自由，《憲法》保障生存權，但人民對核四充滿恐懼，呼籲大法官進一步解釋核四預算違憲，因為這是生存權的保障、環境權的保護。謝長廷說，核一至核三廠的興建，因人民沒有能力、知識、意識去探討抗爭，但是核四經過幾十年討論，國際間談到下一個核災都說是台灣，台灣現已面臨生存威脅。

民進黨立院黨團總召柯建銘表示，沒有生存權時，談公投權、自由權、財產權都是枉然，呼籲重新檢討核四問題，由憲法解釋，才是解決爭議的唯一王道。綠委田秋堇也呼籲朝野立委，共同終結歷史共業。
