升級電腦請益

最近電腦開始老化，當機
想更新電腦但是很久沒有UPDATE現在的資訊
特別來向大大們請益一下
未來想玩的遊戲俠盜獵車手5、NBA2K14、戰地風雲等等
目前僅剩下一張GIGA6670D5的顯卡想留
硬碟可能只需要一顆SSD當C槽用
不知道剩下的配備該用什麼好
希望大大可以幫我想一個大概的配備及預算

新北市 投資套房是要續租還是賣掉

三年前接手親戚的華廈2/5 現在屋齡22了吧 靠近新莊線丹鳳站,週遭學校市場公車機能還OK,在巷子內晚上又安靜 30坪隔四間套房原屋主工作繁忙無暇出租管理 於是小弟410W接手後整理後順利出租,三年來都沒漲過價,一個月收房租大概25000 這樣應該還有7.多% 最近收到2.3位房仲電話說750W要幫我賣(奇怪他們怎會有我電話還知道我是哪一間) 說趁現在捷運丹鳳站開通機場現快好了,價格正好說甚麼之後房價崩盤可能就砍半之類.... 我是不知道750能不能賣啦還是還能漲多少啦!!!雖然以前沒去想這麼多 畢竟能多賺一點就多賺一點囉 因為父母年紀也大了還在爬樓梯 小弟也快30了,也希望能買個電梯大樓給父母住,順利的話就成家 (題外話) 就是希望各位大大 如果是你們,你們會怎麼決定呢 This entry passed through the Full-Text RSS service — if this is your content and you're reading it on someone else's site, please read the FAQ at fivefilters.org/content-only/faq.php#publishers.

菲律賓風災，台灣要捐多少錢才「恰當」？

菲律賓有嚴重的風災，而台灣政府只捐了一點錢。和捐日本海嘯的金額比起來，少非常多，因此引起外媒的「質疑」；而國內民眾對這些外媒的質疑頗有不爽，因為菲律賓之前才殺我們的人哩。我看了一下外媒的報導，它們談的點其實是想把這個話題做往「南海爭議」，只能說是「關切」，不太能說是「質疑」。
回到比較根本的議題，我們應該捐給菲律賓嗎？或捐款多少才叫適當或正確？
捐款濟眾，是種被稱為「慈善」的德行，而「慈善」又來自於「勇」這種更根本的核心德行。「勇」不是那種拿刀衝出去砍人的勇，而是「犧牲自己以幫助他人」。所以「慈善」必然和犧牲自己有關，不論出錢出力，都是有所「犧牲」。
評估的重點就落在「犧牲的程度是否適當」。德行是不偏不倚，保持中庸才叫「德」，捐太多或捐太少都不對。有些宗教團體認為捐很多或全捐才叫「大德」，那也只是該宗教團體的內部自爽，整體社會通常不會這麼腦殘，因為這種捐法不利整體社會穩定與存續。
那如何拿捏出錢出力的「中庸」標準？能不能給點具體的標準？我認為，這種出錢出力，其適當與否和個人的條件相關：除了有錢出錢，有力出力，有錢人郭杯杯多捐一些，沒錢人周小弟少捐一點之外，還有一個更重要的標準，就是「良心安不安」。良心是種既客觀又主觀的東東。
台灣人對日本海嘯巨災大筆捐款，很可能是看了災區慘況，感到「於心不忍」，惻隱之心是也，所以捐款甚多。惻隱之心就是種良心，而良心是我們在家庭、社會生活中所培養出來的能力（當然也可能是由先天內建在大腦中的基礎所發展出來），有助於我們在講求合作的社群中存活，也有助於該社群本身的存續與發展。
