【蔡明樺／台北報導】混油風暴延燒一個月，衛福部今完成230件油品的脂肪酸分布、銅葉綠素檢驗結果，油品摻混部分共50件不合格，大統長基佔11件最多，富味鄉和福懋各6件；銅葉綠素共檢驗68件，包括橄欖油、葡萄籽油和調和油等，共16件違規添加銅葉綠素，大統長基7件最多，福懋4件、泰山2件，理想農產加工廠、福壽和頂新各1件，其中葡萄籽油驗7件，就有4件含銅葉綠素，違規率逾5成最高。

衛福部食品藥物管理署區管中心主任馮潤蘭指，銅葉綠素不得添加在食用油，依《食品衛生管理法》可罰3～300萬元，所有不合格油品已下架，民眾可到食藥署網站（http://www.fda.gov.tw/tc/siteList.aspx?sid=3701）查詢油品檢驗相關資訊。

【游芳男／宜蘭報導】宜蘭羅東文化工場今天上午近200人花10多分鐘，將日本建築大師藤森照信設計的公共藝術「老懂軒」茶屋，從離地2.3公尺處，拉升1公尺高，協助茶屋在羅東文化工場鋼鐵棚架西南側就定位，參與的民眾很有成就感。
 
宜蘭縣文化局說，底部造型為茶壼狀的羅東文化工場公共藝術「老懂軒」茶屋，長3.9公尺、寬2.4公尺、高2.7公尺，是以台灣檜木、泥土、銅板、鋼索等材料花費4個月才完成，內部面積2坪大，擺有1張茶桌，遊客可進入觀賞休憩品茗。

【辛啟松／台南報導】2013年台南清燙牛肉節今天在永康大橋夜市舉行，一早就湧進大批民眾排隊品嚐清燙牛肉好滋味。市長賴清德說，台南在地的溫體牛肉全國有名，清燙牛肉更是口碑佳，他歡迎全國民眾到台南旅行，一定要品嚐一碗好喝的牛肉湯。

2013年台南清燙牛肉節，觀旅局除邀請10家店家設攤，還安排市長賴清德與弱勢團體、家庭一同享用清燙牛肉。觀旅局表示，活動採事先網路預約5000份品嚐券早已被預約一空，今天一大早就湧進兌換人潮，前來品嚐。賴清德說，清燙牛肉是高雄市長陳菊、張忠謀夫人張淑芬的最愛美食之一，牛肉只選前胸、腹脅、肩胛和里脊四個部位的溫體牛肉，高湯是用牛骨、蔬果、中藥材等熬煮十小時以上，新鮮牛肉澆淋上滾燙的高湯，加上薑絲就完成一碗清燙牛肉，他歡迎全國民眾到台南嚐鮮，台南市民也要強力推薦。

台中市長胡志強昨天出席全國商圈百家好店宣傳活動，回應主持人「市長連任」、「凍蒜」開玩笑說「你怎麼知道我不會選總統？」、「我是選總統的人」，今天被媒體追著跑，詢問是否真有意選總統。

為了重整食藥署，衛福部找來台北市政府主秘姜郁美擔任食藥署副署長，預計明天上任。

根據了解，食安問題一波波，食藥署內人仰馬翻，除了日前新任署長葉明功上任外，衛福部另外找來台北市政府衛生局主秘姜郁美擔任食藥署副署長。

姜郁美在台北市政府服務多年，對於食品檢驗、安全等業務極為熟悉，且面對廠商不假辭色、執法嚴謹。她善於和媒體溝通，對新聞發佈有其想法與堅持，表現令人印象深刻。

姜郁美到食藥署擔任副署長後，除了協助各項食安政策執行外，可望擔任食藥署發言人，成為食藥署和媒體溝通的橋樑。

日前衛福部食藥署獨步全球開發出食用油銅葉綠素檢驗方式，衛福部今天宣布此檢驗方式已經獲得國際認證，這是全球第一個開發出油品中檢驗銅葉綠素方式的國家。

食藥署利用在油品淨化前，用高效液相層析儀 (HPLC)進行第一階段篩檢，判定為疑似陽性的檢體，再用液相層析高解析度串聯質譜儀(LC/MASS-MASS)進行確認，這套檢驗技術標準已經獲得國際認證。
