圖文網誌：http://blog.yam.com/uwxuwx/article/70908364 ============================ La Pala Pizzeria Ristorante 鏟子義大利餐廳 地址：台中市西區中興街165號(草悟道商圈內) 電話：04-23013996 營業時間：11:30 - 22:00 官網：http://www.lapala.com.tw/ap/index.aspx 備註：需加10%服務費，晚餐及假日午餐每人基本消費300元 消費時間：2013.10 ============================= 台中草悟道是由國立自然科學博物館起頭，一路經市民廣場，銜接至美術園道，到柳川為 底的一條綠色徒步景觀園道(資料來源：台中市政府)。 鏟子義大利餐廳位於草悟道商圈中段，市民廣場旁。 鏟子餐廳最自豪就是pizza得到義大利拿坡里比薩協會的正統證明。 要知道這張證明得來不易，70%的證書都是發在義大利本土，也就是想要在義大利以外吃 到正統拿坡里pizza不是件簡單的事。 鏟子餐廳的坐鎮之寶-Pizza石窯是義大利進口材料+義大利技師親自操刀組裝。 石窯旁的龍眼木除了是裝飾也是Pizza石窯燃燒的木材。 坐在吧檯區可以看到廚師大顯烤Pizza的功夫。 餐廳的室內室外空間，皆與「木材」呼應，不加修飾的自然呈現，尤其是赤裸裸的磚牆， 剛開始覺得是老闆偷工不想花裝潢費，看久其實挺耐看。 菜單單價偏高，主餐+180元可升級為套餐，附開胃菜、湯、甜點、咖啡或茶。 我們是被店內特別的「派大星pizza」吸引才來，加上並不餓，決定單點pizza和酒，配閒 話。 瑪格莉特pizza(NT.280)，有新鮮蕃茄、蘿勒、橄欖油、新鮮Mozzarella起司。 食材很簡單，pizza很不大，軟實的餅皮、柔軟的Mozzarella很好吃。 要趁熱快點吃，放冷食材會出水，就不美味了! 我真的得說，這是我目前吃過最貴的瑪格莉特pizza。 阿蒂紅色狂歡星(NT.330)， 有培根、Mozzarella起司、Ricotta起司、羅勒。 與一般圓型pizza不同，故意切開邊邊折成星星形狀，也就是俗稱的派大星pizza。 星角包藏著起司，咬起來口感很像在吃「熱的棉花糖」，非常特別，好吃。 不過，我蠻討厭pizza上頭的培根，百分之50甚至是70都是肥肉。 我們還叫了「德國生啤酒」與「藍洞調酒」來搭配pizza，生啤酒味道較苦點，不過同樣 都是一杯180元，藍洞顯得不夠喝。 以上，沒吃到什麼，這頓就要1千元~貴唷! 發揮阿Q精神對自己說，跟飛到義大利拿坡里的機票比起來，這樣算是便宜很多很多了。 延伸閱讀： ◎Dream No.1 手工窯烤薄皮披薩 http://blog.yam.com/uwxuwx/article/63971885 ◎薄多義手工披薩 http://blog.yam.com/uwxuwx/article/59159411 -- 人生以吃喝玩樂為目的 http://blog.yam.com/uwxuwx -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.32.140.171
