我的合夥人 IC 日前寫了一篇「讓我們學著用瑞士刀創業」，意思是早期創業者必須十項全能，技術、產品、銷售、人事、行銷、公關、通路、營運、財務、會計、商務發展什麼都能自己來。

這背後的道理不是說超人才能創業，而是點破早期創業者往往既沒錢、又沒人，沒時間也沒規模，因此除了幾個臭皮匠外，小廟也請不起什麼大和尚。因此公司缺什麼角色，即使一知半解，硬著頭皮也只好上了。但也就像瑞士刀一樣，雖然可以充當剪刀、放大鏡、螺絲起子，但絕對不是任何一項業務的頂尖高手。

這是創業初期資源匱乏下不得已的游擊打法，所以一旦找到 Product-Market Fit、商業模式，開始規模化後，就要改善這個情況，找一流人才來填補關鍵位置，於是瑞士刀可以一項項收起來，改投資時間在管理與領導，逐漸變成只把扮演 CEO 這一件事情做好的陶瓷刀。

但創業者不可以一開始就只當陶瓷刀，動嘴不動手。為了在有限資源下用最快的速度，最低的成本實驗產品與商業模式，每個人都必須扮演某種形式的瑞士刀。

有趣的是，雖然創業者本身必須當瑞士刀，但創業初期推出的產品，卻最忌諱是瑞士刀。

瑞士刀的品牌知名度頗高，通路散佈相當廣泛，全球數十國家都有販售，但 1884 年創業至今，每年銷售量其實不到 2,000 萬支，遠遠低於任何刀品的市場量。理論上瑞士刀功能完整，以一敵十，早該把所有刀具對手通通打敗。但事實是會買瑞士刀的通常是非常利基的戶外玩家，或是送禮買主，絕大多數家庭，會分開買剪刀、菜刀、螺絲起子，並不會想把它們合在一起使用。

很多創業者做產品時想的是「聯集」的概念，每種功能打中一種目標族群，十種功能加起來就可以打下一大把客戶。但實際上他們卻陷入「交集」的結果，功能太多太繁雜，只有一小群人可以了解，最終根本無法取得到好的 Traction。

這樣的產品也很難推廣，到底它是剪刀，還是刀片，還是螺絲起子，還是放大鏡，一句話根本講不清楚，講不清楚就很難向目標族群溝通，就算喜歡的客戶也很難幫你分享。

所以創業初期的產品，應該更像陶瓷刀，從根本改善不鏽鋼刀易鈍的毛病，創造出有價值的功能區隔與可以持久的破壞創新。80 年代推出至今，京瓷默默賣出了 1,000 萬支這樣的刀子。

因此，我們要做個瑞士刀，造把陶瓷刀，這樣子創業，比較有機會成功。

池昌旭更新自己的推特（twitter），公開了在電視劇《奇皇后》片場與河智苑的大頭娃娃照。

在公開的照片中，河智苑和池昌旭頭靠頭，微笑著擺出可愛表情，兩人的頭部被刻意放大，模樣十分可人。

有粉絲和網友看了照片後表示「兩人很般配」、「大頭娃娃照很可愛」、「正在看《奇皇后》，加油」等。

華碩今天發布重大訊息表示，為持續提升集團全球競爭力，迎接未來品牌經營的挑戰，任命全球副總裁陳彥政及董事長室執行特助張偉明擔任集團行銷主管。

華碩執行長沈振來8月上旬在法人說明會中表示，根據市調機構顧能(Gartner)預估，行動PC和桌上型電腦2012年至2017年複合成長率僅1.1%；平板電腦2012年到2017年的複合成長率達32%；同期間智慧型手機複合成長率20.7%；PC、平板二合一市場複合成長率12.6%；PC、平板、智慧型手機三合一市場複合成長率17.6%。

沈振來指出，顧能預估2013年三合一市場規模可達15億台，2017年可達26億台，華碩策略是「在動境中掌握勝機」，全力搶攻三合一市場。

為了搶攻三合一市場，進一步擴大市占，華碩表示，集團行銷主管未來將幫忙整合行銷資源，發揮戰力，持續提升集團全球競爭力。
