標題[新聞] 高市擬制定條例 為食品把關

（中央社記者王淑芬高雄13日電）高雄市長陳菊今天說，已成立食安檢查小組，隨時稽查 食品安全，但仍嫌不足，她允諾制定食品安全自治條例，送議會審查公布。 市議員郭建盟在市政總質詢要求嚴格把關食安。他表示，有年營業額數百億元外商投資賣 場，要求員工延長蛋糕初胚的使用期限，在3天保存期限後再延3天。 郭建盟接獲陳情指出，該知名賣場自製自售蛋糕，擅自塗改初胚期限作法，迥異於海外發 生食安問題時，主動公告或清查消費者通知處置模式，讓台灣人感到失望與不值。 郭建盟表示，近來黑心油和加工食品掀起的食安風暴，讓消費者食難安，促訂定食品安全 自治條例，強制須開設統一發票的商家，都應製作「食品安全告示板」，標示食材來源及 使用期限等食品資訊，便於食安問題發生時追查責任、維護消費權益。 市府消保官殷茂乾表示，接獲通報後到這家大賣場稽查並直接到冷藏庫了解蛋糕初胚期限 ，是符合標示，沒有塗改情形。 殷茂乾指出，業者向市府說明，如果有發生消費者買到問題食品，賣場會清查購買名冊通 知消費者並提出必要的補償，不過業者未說會主動公告給消費者知道，允諾再溝通要求賣 場要對外公告才對。 陳菊答覆，市府已成立食品安全檢查小組，由副市長李永得召集，伸張公權力把關食安。 陳菊同意再制訂定食品安全自治條例，由法制局擬訂草案送議會審查，更嚴密把關食品安 全，確保消費者健康。 http://ppt.cc/NCE4 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 115.43.221.136

【陳威廷／台北報導】日本東京創新天才發明展今晚頒獎，捷登冠國際公司發明具矯正功能的鞋墊，可以矯正足部骨骼的錯位與變形，改善因久站或姿勢不良造成的肢體痠痛，一舉拿下金獎，還獲得4200萬元訂單。
 
捷登冠總經理王鈞弘表示，日本人因經常跪坐，多數人有腰、膝疼痛問題，展出時不少人試用鞋墊後發現能改善不適症狀，在會場大受青睞，今天上午就有日本企業直接和他們簽約。
 
王鈞弘說，人類足部有26塊骨骼、57個關節，各有其位置及排列，但人類因長期勞動或運動造成足部疲勞、骨骼錯位，導致痠痛，此鞋墊能大幅改善身體的不適。該鞋墊已上市，一雙1萬6800元，3年全球賣出8萬多雙。
