上周東北角發生瘋狗浪造成8死8傷意外，今天觀光局長謝謂君與台大地理環境資源系教授林俊全、成大水利及海洋工程系教授高家俊、海大海洋環境資訊系副教授董東璟到事發現場勘查。

高家俊指出，在海岸增加護欄的作用有限，2、3年可能就會被浪打垮，更重要的是要加強教育民眾對海象的警覺性。

董東璟呼籲發展瘋狗浪預警系統，以預測湧浪的方式，提早一天預警海邊可能發生瘋狗浪。學者都強調，好不容易建立起民眾親海習慣，不能因這次的意外而因噎廢食。

菲律賓遭海燕颱風侵襲，造成超過萬人死傷的悲劇。廣大興28號漁船受難家屬洪慈綪今天表示，基於人道考量，她絕對贊成援助菲律賓受災人民，甚至也打算「以德報怨」，自掏腰包幫忙。

但洪慈綪也強調，菲律賓國家「貪汙嚴重」，很怕金錢的援助無法真正發給有需要的災民，應該審慎評估。但若是民生物資，就較無這方面的疑慮，只要有民間發起勸募物資，她就會響應，但需透明化。

【吳詠平／桃園報導】桃園縣議員傅淑香上午在縣議會質詢時驚爆一國小四年級男童偷看父親手機裡色情影片後有樣學樣，在學校疑似猥褻同班女同學。

今年九月時學校就發現男童不時會觸摸女同學，被發現老師勸導時，都認為男童只是好奇好玩，沒想到上月男童與女同學居然光著下半身在廁所裡，兩人懵懂無知模仿色情片裡動作，不過女童檢查後處女膜並無傷痕，學校已加強對男童的輔導。

【辛啟松／台南報導】成功大學與蒙藏委員會合辦「穿越千年萬里的足跡─蒙藏藝術文展」，從即日起到月底在圖書館前廣場舉行，現場陳列蒙古包、樂器、面具等珍奇蒙藏藝術文物，成大歡迎市民能到場體驗大漠風情。
 
今天的開幕現場，主辦單位安排蒙藏DIY體驗活動，除提供免費蒙古奶茶及藏族的糌(音同攢)粑讓大家品嚐，還準備有蒙古包及藏式帳篷紙雕教學製作，以及蒙藏族傳統服飾穿戴等文化體驗活動，希望藉由物質文化接觸與視覺欣賞，讓蒙藏文化和大家更親近。
 
成大附設幼兒園的小朋友開心地試吃微甜糌粑，也對鹹鹹的奶茶特別感興趣，甚至好奇的穿戴蒙藏服飾，部分成大學生也忍不住跑來湊熱鬧，穿戴蒙藏服飾，體驗遙遠蒙藏民族人們的生活哲學。
 
蒙藏委員會文化中心主任張弘澤說，蒙古民族素有「音樂民族」、「詩歌民族」美名，世人以「歌鄉舞海」形容蒙古地方音樂文化之浩瀚與多彩。藏族諺語所謂「會說話就會唱歌，會走路就會跳舞」，道出藏族人民酷愛歌舞、能歌善舞的民族特性。這項藝術文展將從即日起在成大圖書館前廣場舉行。

【陳宏銘／屏東報導】位於屏東內埔工業區建國路的新城國際進口銅葉綠素納，屏東縣衛生局食品衛生科長李佳芳表示，本月6日接獲新城國際進銅葉綠素鈉，即赴廠稽查，發現新城所進的銅葉綠素鈉為每罐1000西西共211罐；但其加工到溼海帶產品都出口外銷到德國及泰國等歐美東南亞等國，並未內銷國內，無關國內食品安全規範問題，故只做稽查紀錄，未做查扣等行政處分動作。今下班後該公司尚未對購進銅葉錄素鈉一事回應。
