南僑化學工業公司涉嫌違規添加銅葉綠素鈉，桃園地檢署今晚約談11人到案說明，現漏夜偵訊中。

【中央社桃園縣11日電】桃園檢調11日前往南僑化工台北總公司及中壢廠搜索，查扣相關配方及貨單，釐清案情，李姓副總裁等11人移送桃檢複訊。

桃園地檢署檢察官今天下午指揮調查局桃園縣調查處人員，搜索南僑化工台北總公司及中壢廠等多處，查扣有關進出貨單及配方表等。

調查人員同時傳喚副總裁李勘文、麵食部經理、中壢廠廠長等11人，晚間帶回桃園地檢署複訊。

檢調發現，南僑化工在民國92年起疑似開始使用銅葉綠素鈉，但一切仍待檢方進一步複訊，檢方盼進一步釐清南僑是早已知道不得添加違規添加物，或是另有隱情，仍待進一步釐清。

美國新一波的「嬰兒潮」正在醞釀中。南達科他州一所醫院的婦產科醫師今年8月共接生200多個嬰兒，創下單月最高記錄。醫師麥克凱打趣說，「連耳朵裡都生出嬰兒來。我們已目睹嬰兒潮再度來臨。」

南達科他州的經濟情況良好，失業率僅3.8%。穆迪分析公司首席經濟學者尚迪表示，「經濟良好的地區出現高生育率，對全國其他地區是一項有利的經濟指標。甚至可能刺激一些四十多歲、晚婚晚育的婦女，再度燃起生兒育女的慾望」。

一些人口學者及經濟學者並預測美國低生育率及經濟疲弱的勢頭將開始出現逆轉。如果生育率提高，將刺激新住宅、驗孕用品、尿布、傢俱及汽車的需求，能夠帶動經濟成長。

除了南達科他外，還有其他18個州去年都出現生育率回升的情況。這19個州的平均失業率為6.1%，比全國平均水準7.3%低出1個百分點以上。

據大陸中央電視台報導，中共外交部發言人秦剛11日在北京舉行的例行記者會上表示，中方對於日本領導人公然宣揚「中國威脅論」表示不滿。秦剛說，「如果日本非把中國當做對手，既選錯了對象，也打錯了算盤，是沒有出路的。」

日本首相安倍晉三日前表示，中國和北韓使日本的安全環境出現嚴峻形勢，日本應積極推進國家安全保障政策。對此，秦剛指出，中國堅持走和平發展道路，堅持奉行防禦性的國防政策。

秦剛表示，日本在安全領域近來的一些動向，值得密切關注。中方希望日方能夠認真反省歷史，正視現實，思考未來，走和平發展道路，而不是動輒拿中國說事，達到不可告人的目的。要多做有利於鄰國之間互信、有利於地區和平穩定的事情。
