工作已經5年的K先生，最近只要吃過午餐後就想打瞌睡。他每天光是通勤時間就要花上4個小時，清晨就要出門，晚上回到家則已超過10點。他常常因精神不集中而導致工作效率不佳，且每天早出晚歸也沒什麼時間和家人相處，就算是假日也大多在家補眠。

幾個月前，K先生還在一間通勤時間只要40分鐘的服飾公司工作，那是一家中小企業，年薪、職務和辦公室氣氛都還算不錯，但K先生卻因為無法認同新來的主管，而決定跳槽到現在這家公司。

雖然K先生對前任主管沒有什麼好感，但卻十分肯定他的工作能力。前主管非常了解部屬們的工作內容，所以下達的指示都很明確，部屬也能如實地依照他的指示做事。

新的主管雖然人品不錯，但業務能力不佳，因為不了解業務的工作，所以決策也不明確，經常在最後關頭草草了事，使得部門績效大幅下降，部屬做起事來也變得沒有頭緒。看不下去的K先生，便向公司遞出了辭呈。

現在的公司有很多優點，年薪高、工作環境比前公司好，只不過，業績至上主義的主管會冷酷地批評部屬的能力和實績，因為十分重視團隊，常在下班後或假日舉辦聚餐以聯絡感情，使得員工幾乎沒有私人的時間。而且工作內容幾乎沒有任何自主性，主管一人便決定了所有事情，部屬只能聽命行事，無法發揮個人所長。

於是沒有多久，K先生又起了離職的念頭。

換了工作之後，像K先生一樣感到後悔又苦惱的人不少，某就業情報公司以曾經離職或轉行的人為對象進行調查，結果顯示有43.8%的人「曾經對離職或轉行感到後悔」，職級越高的人，後悔的比率越高，課長級以上有75%的人曾感到後悔。

像K先生這樣在換公司後，雖然能得到想要的，但也失去了曾經擁有的。一般人在轉換工作時，通常只心繫著自己想要得到的，而忽略了可能會失去的，往往事後才發現，離職造成的失落感反而大於滿足感。

國民黨全代會今天在台中市舉行，公民團體集結到場抗議，近午時一度緊張對峙，群眾傍晚陸續散去。

中國國民黨第19次全國代表大會今天在台中市台中港區綜合體育館舉行，公民團體到場抗議，警方事前在周邊架設拒馬，包括公投護台灣聯盟及908台灣國等上百人凌晨聚集會場前靜坐表達訴求。

抗議團體在拒馬前不斷高喊口號，上午8時10分隔街朝管制區內丟鞋，不少媒體記者被砸到，抗議民眾陸續趕到集結點，還將人民戰車開到拒馬前，與警方隔著拒馬對峙叫囂，警方出動鎮暴警察到場嚴陣以待。

民眾11時許再展開大規模的丟鞋行動，高喊「還權於民」、「用鞋投票」等口號，近午時民眾情緒越來越激動，不只朝管制區內投擲水球，甚至投擲裝有尿液的寶特瓶，現場散出濃濃的尿騷味。

還有民眾朝體育館施放沖天炮，掉落屋頂爆炸，驚嚇現場維安人員與媒體，現場民眾大聲鼓譟，與會的國民黨代表趁中午休息時間走到廣場，隔街與抗議團體對嗆，情勢一度緊張，警方忙安撫情緒，避免現場擦槍走火。

一名自稱是台灣民族黨主席的蔡姓男子因為攀越拒馬進入管制區，而被警方帶回清水警分局明秀派出所偵訊，警方說，由於蔡男擅闖管制區依違反社會秩序維護法裁罰新台幣2000元後請回。

929社運連線等團體中午過後陸續離開現場，而公投護台灣聯盟仍然在現場高呼口號，直到傍晚過後，抗議民眾逐漸散去，警方也鬆了一口氣，負責清理舊鞋的環保局人員前後共清理了約6000隻舊鞋，將再進行分類處理。

台中市長胡志強表示，抗議還算理性，他希望彼此理性和平，尊重陳情抗議活動的表達，也要尊重合法集會的進行，尤其不要影響大家的安全。

新北市泰山區志明路上月底發生一起住宅竊盜案，台北市大同警方偵辦查出，胡姓瘖啞人士涉嫌重大。警方表示，胡嫌有多項竊盜前科，上月底他趁探訪友人住處之際，見某住戶大門未關，隨即闖空門行竊戴姓屋主的皮包及一雙鞋後逃逸。

胡嫌起初否認犯案，但警方提出監視器畫面，他才改口認罪，被警方依加重竊盜罪嫌送辦。

旅美左投郭泓志加盟統一獅隊後成為廠商新寵兒，球團利用冬季聯盟開打前，結合統一超商邀他拍攝冬季鮮食廣告，這也是小小郭返台首支廣告。

郭泓志旅美時期，曾為電信業、潛艇堡代言，今天是加盟獅隊後，首次進棚拍攝廣告。他說：「拍廣告比練球還辛苦，但秉持一樣的精神，將球場上的自信表現出來，堅持做到最好，即使NG不斷，也要做到水準之上。」這支冬季鍋食廣告預計月底播出。

獅隊表示，郭泓志除了代言廣告，近日也隨隊積極調整；面對11月底開始的冬季聯盟賽事，特別期待透過比賽調整，面對明年全新球季，展現最佳的球技給球迷，帶給球隊實質幫助。
