【方翊倩／綜合報導】經濟部水利署第二河川局委託新興營造公司進行新竹「客雅溪第八期環境營造工程」遭投訴，因施工不慎導致緊鄰工程區域的廠房地基被淘空下陷，建物龜裂傾斜。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，新竹陳先生投訴，在新竹香山區中山路中山橋旁擁有一間面積約300坪、緊鄰客雅溪的鐵皮屋廠房。今年2月間新興營造為進行客雅溪環境營造工程，開挖他廠房旁的河床，廠房因此部分地基流失淘空、鋼筋歪斜、地板及牆壁出現10餘處裂縫，修復費用估算約上百萬元，令他簡直氣炸。

對此，經濟部水利署坦承施工缺失，已要求承包商協助屋主加設鐵板及以預拌混凝土進行臨時加固，並與民眾協調修復及相關賠償。

【方翊倩／綜合報導】頂好超市新北市樹林2店被民眾投訴，貨架上有老鼠屎，且民眾還不慎摸到毛茸茸的老鼠，大受驚嚇。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，一位民眾表示，2個月前就曾在頂好超市樹林2店的貨架上看見老鼠屎，當時已向業者反映，不料10月中再次到該店消費，伸手拿取貨架深處商品時，竟摸到毛毛的物體，接著驚見一隻老鼠逃竄，讓他很傻眼，痛斥業者應加強改善環境衛生。

對此，惠康百貨公司回應，各分店都有定期做各類防疫、衛生清潔工作，但貨架上難免有死角，會加強防疫。

【方翊倩／綜合報導】吳亞馨走過李宗瑞淫照風波後力圖振作，10月31日她投資百萬元為媽媽開的火鍋店「蘭Shabu shabu」正式開幕，吳亞馨前晚在店內衝人氣，但她猛閉眼、打哈欠。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，吳亞馨前晚素顏、戴眼鏡，穿著隨性進入火鍋店。接近打烊時刻，店內客人不多，她不時站在收銀櫃台前，和媽媽研究帳本，媽媽還拿起筆記本教她看帳，不過她不時闔上雙眼，嘟嘴或打哈欠，看起來頗累。

經紀人周彥彤昨透露，吳亞馨除幫媽媽顧店，為衝刺演藝事業，本周開始接受那維勳（小那）一對一的表演課程，也安排她見製作人，希望能爭取演出機會。
