台灣路竹會及由台商組成的三輪慈善基金會，今天在印尼萬丹省唐格朗縣發送台灣白米給當地貧民，傳播台灣的愛心，印尼人直說「謝謝台灣！」

萬丹省唐格朗縣賈提夫恩村（Jativwung）今天有點不一樣，村辦公室前上午開始湧入人潮，有的是來自各地準備領白米的民眾，有的是自告奮勇，協助傳播台灣愛心的印尼台商和旗下員工。

總數607包、每包20公斤的台灣白米一袋袋贈予待援的印尼民眾，這600多包白米只是開始，因總數1萬包的台灣白米，緊接著要分7、8趟在印尼各地發給需要的民眾。

「沒想到這麼困難，下次真的不敢了」。首次承辦台灣白米賑濟貧民的三輪慈善基金會執行長高應昌表示，白米從海關進來，必須經過印尼中央地方層層單位審查，光是這一關，讓他從今年2月忙到7月底才完成。

高應昌打趣說，「所以要拿米來救濟人也算是個苦差事」。

談到發起活動的動機，高應昌表示，三輪慈善基金會平常在印尼就會在天然災害發生後賑災，但這次發米並不容易，包括申請白米進口準證、找地方發放，更重要的是逐一訪視有需要的印尼民眾，使賑濟物資能交給最需要幫助的人。

許多印尼民眾扶老攜幼排隊領台灣白米，面對熱心服務的志工們，扛著白米的印尼民眾用最真誠的滿盈笑容，不停對志工們說terima kasih（印尼語：謝謝）。

台灣自行車登山王挑戰今天登場，王胤之賽前為自己定下騎進3小時30分內的目標，今天他達成預設目標，也拿下第3名的佳績。

台灣自行車登山王挑戰揭開序幕，這項賽事於9日上午從花蓮七星潭出發，沿途經過太魯閣、中部橫貫公路等，一路爬升到台灣公路最高點海拔3275公尺的合歡山武嶺，總長達到105公里。

台灣選手王胤之去年以3小時35分23秒的成績拿下國內冠軍，這樣的成績在亞洲選手中排名第1，總排名則是第5；本次賽前，王胤之則為自己定下騎進3小時30分內的目標。

在今天的比賽中，王胤之以3小時27分53秒的佳績，拿下第3，成績比去年快了7分多鐘，甚至比自己預設的3小時30分還要快。

王胤之說，有了去年的參賽經驗，自己今年賽前就設定，要在大禹嶺路段定勝負，因此在這個路段之前，自己都用8、9成力氣比賽，成功地掌控配速與體力的調節。

王胤之也說，前兩名的選手速度很快，不少選手落後一下被拉開，自己咬牙苦撐，在進入後段的賽程後，始終維持在第3到第5名之間，直到最後1.5公里，自己才奮力一搏，用盡所有力氣，追過前面的選手，拿下第3名的成績。

王胤之表示，能夠照著自己的節奏騎，是獲得佳績的關鍵。
