來自世界知名的麥肯錫全球研究院(以下簡稱『MGI』)的最新研究報告顯示，以中國為代表的新興市場正在成為成百上千家新生企業的搖籃，未來擁有大型企業的中國城市將從現在的150座增至超過300座。

根據中新網報導，在2010年，世界發達地區貢獻了全球2/3的GDP，卻吸納了約3/4的大型企業。不過，未來這一狀況將發生改變，有七成的新增大型企業計劃將總部設在像大陸這樣的新興市場。麥肯錫公司資深董事、MGI亞洲區負責人華強森據此判斷：『隨著年營收達10億美元的大型企業在新興市場異軍突起，西方跨國公司長期以來在市場中的霸主地位將受到挑戰。』

資料顯示，目前全球僅有10座城市達到或超過100家大型企業總部入駐，日本東京是最大的企業總部重鎮，擁有超過600家大型企業總部。北京是新興經濟體中排名最高的城市，在全球企業總部總數排名中位列第六，共有116家大型企業總部落戶，其大陸有企業高達105家。

在大陸國內，北京和上海吸納了三成的大陸大型企業，而深圳和南京則正在成為中型、非國有控股公司的首選。

在麥肯錫發布的這份名為《城市化的世界：重塑全球商業版圖》的報告中預測，到2025年『財富全球500強』企業中有近230家會選擇入駐新興市場地區，而當年來自大陸地區的企業將超過兩成，有望達到120家左右。

『大陸城市的市長應全力支援當地企業的發展，同時也應積極把握吸引國外子公司進駐的重大機遇，』華強森說，『目前，大型國外子公司的數量約為2300家，這一數量還在迅速增長，而且子公司遷移的可能性要大於總部遷移，因此吸引這些子公司落戶成為許多大陸城市的理想選擇。』

新華社報導，山西太原「11‧06」爆炸案，於今日凌晨2時偵破，嫌犯豐志均在太原被抓捕歸案、豐志均，男，41歲，太原市杏花嶺區人，曾因盜竊被判處有期徒刑9年。警方從其住處繳獲私自製造的爆炸裝置，發現了大量犯罪證據。豐志均對犯罪事實供認不諱。

中國大陸警方今天偵破山西省太原市6日發生的連環爆炸案，逮獲41歲男姓嫌犯豐志均。他曾因竊盜罪被判處有期徒刑9年。

綜合大陸媒體報導，太原市爆炸案今天凌晨2時破案，警方在太原市抓獲嫌犯歸案。

報導說，豐志均是太原市杏花嶺區人。警方從他的住處繳獲私自製造的爆炸裝置，發現大量犯罪證據。豐志均也對犯罪事實供認不諱。

不過，警方尚未公布嫌犯作案動機。

位於太原市的中國共產黨山西省委員會大樓門6日清晨發生1起連環爆炸案，造成至少1死8傷。

【許淑惠／台中報導】中市郭姓建築工人去年10月騎機車載陳姓同事，行經清水區臨海路時，因不當左轉進入港埠路，遭直行臨海路的小客車撞上，陳婦受傷多處骨折，無法再從事清潔工作，提告要求郭男賠償57萬餘元。

郭男辯稱，是陳婦要求載她，受傷不應要求賠償，也否認有肇事責任，台中地院認為，郭男不當左轉要負全部責任，陳婦因受傷，半年無法工作，判郭男賠償醫藥費、看護費、工作損失和精神慰撫金共32萬餘元。
