標題[問題] LG G2錄影對焦問題

九年多前，引發監護權紛爭的台、巴混血兒吳憶樺，今年已十八歲，長期和他聯繫的天主教博愛基金會透露，吳憶樺想返台探親，基金會正在募款，預計最快耶誕節後抵台。

叔叔吳火眼：不知道

吳憶樺在高雄茄萣的親屬對他要返台一事，多表示不知情。

他的叔叔吳火眼反問記者說：「有嗎？不知道。」吳的堂兄弟也說：「不清楚。」

吳憶樺的父親吳登樹，當年隨船出海，在巴西認識他母親，兩人相戀，一九九五年七月生下他，吳父隨船出海將他留在巴西。三年後，吳的母親血癌過世，將他的監護權公證授權給吳憶樺的外婆羅莎。

吳憶樺六歲時，由父親帶回台灣，不料父親兩周後突然心臟病發死亡，由叔叔吳火眼撫養，不久外婆羅莎來台，要帶他回巴西，引發一場持續兩年多的跨國監護權之爭。

巴西的德籍夫婦領養

吳憶樺的監護權經台灣高等法院判定給巴西外婆後，被強制帶回巴西，台灣親友曾和警察爆發搶人衝突，這幕當時讓許多人看了十分不捨。

吳憶樺回到巴西後，因照顧他的外祖母身體狀況不佳，已由一對住在巴西當地的德國籍夫婦領養。

吳家鄰居說，吳憶樺被帶回巴西後，兩邊就沒來往；昨天有親友還好奇地問：「要回來拜伊老爸嗎？」

不太會說中文 會寫名字

協助吳憶樺返台的天主教博愛基金會執行長歐晉仁，也是高鐵公司董事長歐晉德弟弟。歐晉仁說，吳憶樺返回巴西後，他每年都會去探視兩次，這十年來，吳憶樺經歷過叛逆期，有過高潮和低潮，他總會教憶樺不要埋怨過去，要去愛親友。

如今吳憶樺已成年，從白白胖胖可愛模樣，長成了身高一七三公分、體重約八十公斤的帥氣男孩。雖然不太會說中文，但一定會寫三個中文字，就是「吳憶樺」。

天主教博愛基金會募款

歐晉仁說，吳憶樺曾透露想回來台灣玩玩的念頭，想探望嬸嬸和兩個堂兄弟。基金會在吳憶樺今年滿十八歲後，開始著手規畫募款安排旅程。

天主教博愛基金會最近將吳憶樺的故事，發表在基金會期刊上，基金會也規畫「吳憶樺返鄉之旅」專案，向各界募集相關經費，約需一百五十萬元，目前已募到卅萬元，預計再過一個半月就能募足。

最快耶誕節後返台探親

歐晉仁說，若一切順利，吳憶樺將在十二月廿六日或明年元月返台，預計待十五到廿天，會去探視親戚，還要到東部走走，並和關心他的人見面。
