廠牌:ASUS 購買日期:2013 7 型號:K55V 距上次正常使用時間:昨天 OS版本:win8 平常作業內容:遊戲 上網 做報告 有無內建還原功能:Yes 問題內容:無法開機，電源燈有亮螢幕完全沒畫面，斷電有試過，風扇會轉很大聲 上個禮拜也是這問題才剛送回皇家更換主機板而已 回來兩天又變這樣，過一天再開又開起來正常使用 然後到了今天又開不起來了，如果進的去的話一切功能都很正常也很順 才買三個多月而已就這樣真的很無言... 手機排版有點亂請見諒QQ請大家求救~ -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.75.130.173

（軍聞社記者林敬傑專訪）「每當看到國軍官兵因聽力受損就醫時，內心深切感受到患者低落的情緒，總想著施予專業醫療，才能讓他們避免這樣的苦痛。」榮膺「102年國軍優良軍醫人員」殊榮的三軍總醫院耳鼻喉暨頭頸外科部主治醫師陳信傑中校，長期致力於耳朵幹細胞研究，並自許能在臨床及研究上，為國軍噪音性聽力傷害患者提供更優質的醫療服務。

　陳信傑表示，自民國八十八年畢業從醫後，未曾忘記師長的諄諄教誨與服務官兵初衷，時時自我惕厲，並在耳鼻喉醫療領域不斷鑽研，尤其在攻讀國防醫學院醫學科學研究所博士班時，將耳朵幹細胞研究列為個人研究重點課題，專注生醫研究及基因工程的研究，對國軍袍澤在預防聽力損傷與臨床治療上，獲得更進一步的發展和進步，守護官兵聽力健康。

　鑑於部分國軍官兵於射擊訓練過程中，因突然爆音導致耳膜或聽力受損，因此，陳信傑在完成研究所學業後，仍持續投入預防性耳罩及藥物研究，希望能從源頭消弭訓練傷害，使國軍弟兄姐妹們能在安全無虞的訓練環境中，專注戰訓本務工作。

　畢業十四年後能獲得「102年國軍優良軍醫人員」表揚，陳信傑除了感到相當光榮外，更是自我鞭策的原動力，他感恩一路深受國軍栽培，在「行醫」志業上，矢志將個人所學、獻給醫院，提供病患醫療實質助益，克盡身為「國醫人」的職責與義務，未來他也將不負長官及患者的期許和託付，用心投入醫療服務工作，為國軍官兵與民眾的健康把關。
