夫賣場竊高價商品 妻退貨換錢

新北市有一對夫妻檔，丈夫先到賣場行竊高單價的五金商品，再由妻子拿到不知情的店家退貨換現金，直到店員發現怎麼每次對方都拿不出發票，同時店內也販售類似商品報警處理，才揭穿小偷的手法。

穿著綠色上衣的嫌犯走進五金行，選了一組電鋸機他沒到櫃檯結帳，而是趁著店員忙著招呼其他客人，用外套遮掩把商品偷渡出去，隔天嫌犯的太太拿著這台電鋸機，說東西壞掉能不能退貨，業者檢查商品後，拿了3000元退給嫌犯，以為不會被發現，上個月24日再到桃園一家賣場，偷了一台價值2990元電鑽，這次張姓嫌犯再回到林口這家五金行，又說東西壞了，但店員發現他們根本沒賣這個型號的電鑽，覺得不對勁報警處理。

新莊分局林口分駐所所長涂德猛：「店家之前他們清點商品，還有他店家調監視器，結果發現是同一個人犯案。」

這對張姓夫妻檔辯稱，為了要養1歲多的小孩沒錢買奶粉才會犯案，不過警方查出這兩名嫌犯，前科累累，丈夫負責偷高單價五金商品，再由妻子出面退貨換現金，這回手法被識破，不排除有更多店家受害。

撿到中獎刮刮樂 彩券行拒兑獎

撿到中獎的刮刮樂彩券，拿到彩券行要兌獎，遭到拒絕！新北市這名洪小姐指控，當時她到彩券行看到有一張刮刮樂彩券，被丟在桌上好奇撿起來，發現竟然中了5千元要去兌獎，卻被業者拒絕，認為她不是買家還把彩券扣留，認為對方無理雙方鬧上派出所！

到彩券行買刮刮樂小試手氣，但新北市一名洪小姐指控，日前她看到另外一名客人不要的刮刮樂，好奇請店員確認，意外發現竟然中獎5千元，但店員卻不讓她兌獎，最後雙方還鬧上派出所。>>

撿到彩券民眾洪小姐：「就是我有跟台彩講說，那是別人以為沒有中的就丟在那裡，台彩是認為那是遺棄。」

洪小姐強調依照台彩規定，刮刮樂兌獎「認券不認人」，但店家卻不讓她換錢，甚至還扣留彩券不還她實在太離譜，她表示當天有確認是對方不要的彩券，才會撿來看，不過店家表示，由於洪小姐並沒有買刮刮樂，中獎彩券是兩名男子一起買的，要幫忙保留請失主認領。

彩券行店員：「失主來很久，他們好像有調監視器，因為他們意思好像當天來買(刮刮樂)只有他們。」

彩券行的顏老闆表示，因為能有客人忘了帶走彩券又回來追討，所以才會拒絕洪小姐兌換，目前已經將中獎的刮刮樂交由警方保管，如果超過6個月無人領回，獎金才會歸洪小姐所有。
