兩岸企業家峰會今天上午進行主題演講，其中能源石化裝備產業合作推進小組的台灣、大陸雙方召集人施顏祥、張國寶都認為，兩岸石化產業合作的意願很高。

大陸前國家能源局長張國寶在演講時認為，兩岸若能開啟能源方面合作，有利於台灣的產業發展；對於沒有大量能源的台灣來說，能源交流尤其重要。

張國寶也說，受到政治因素影響，兩岸在能源與石化產業合作不夠，但未來的合作空間很大，大陸企業也很有意願。

前經濟部長施顏祥則直言，「台灣非常重視能源、石化合作，這是涉及經濟安全的重大議題。」

其中，施顏祥提出3個具體合作方向，第1是節能減碳、油氣探勘與再生能源；第2是兩岸企業合作「石化煉製一體」、煉油與輕油裂解等；第3則是工具機零組件合作，包括自動化製造、運輸與環保裝備等。

由於政府已經開放台灣企業到福建省古雷石化園區投資，且可望與大陸企業合資，雙方很可能在兩岸企業家峰會期間簽署合作備忘錄。

兩岸企業家峰會下設7個產業合作推進小組，石化被認為是兩岸企業合作共識最高的項目。

上午的主題演講結束後，兩岸企業家峰會下午預定分成7小組進行討論，預定晚間閉幕。

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】中國湖北一名56歲男性，日前體驗「鰻魚浴」，但是水中的小鰻魚太會鑽，不僅輕輕滑過陰莖，還順著尿道進入男子的腎臟。

根據英國《每日郵報》和美國《哈芬登郵報》報導指出，許多人相信「鰻魚浴」可以幫助養顏美容，湖北這名男子也親自體驗，但泡澡沒多久，男子下體馬上出現疼痛感，隨後男子前往就醫。

醫師指出，有條長達15公分的小魚穿越陰莖，並從尿道口鑽進體內，並直達腎臟，醫師花了3小時才將小鰻魚從男子體內取出。醫師也指出，尿道口雖窄小，但小鰻魚柔軟又能鑽，才會讓牠「有機可趁」。
