國民黨立委林郁方上午在立法院質詢國防部指出，國軍戰備存糧中，雖然沒有大統公司的油品，但是卻有福懋公司所出產的油品，他關心其中有沒有出問題的油品。參謀本部後勤參謀次長蕭維民回應，目前國軍戰備存糧中，福懋公司的油品是「大豆沙拉油」，沒有目前已經出問題的橄欖油，至於各福利站架上的福懋公司橄欖油都已經下架。而國軍戰備存糧中的福懋公司「大豆沙拉油」，在驗收前都已經送驗。

但立委仍要求國防部應該更謹慎一點，因為現在根本沒有人能確定，福懋公司所出產的其他油品究竟有無問題？國防部長嚴明表示，國防部會要求相關單位再做清查。

認真的講，台灣的確沒有玩魔球的必要性。 注意，是必要性，不是可能性。 沒必要的原因是因為在美國有完善的薪資制度， 球員的薪資必須要照規則玩。 反觀台灣並沒有完善的薪資制度， 球團可以自由調整球員的薪資， 所以魔球中一切的努力在台灣都屬多餘。 如果找豆爺來台灣當領隊， 最好是他會玩什麼鬼魔球。 不要看豆爺很神的樣子， 賣大牌球員換農場新秀賣的血本無歸的這種事他幹了不只一次兩次。 其實不只是他， MLB所謂小市場球隊賣球員其中小市場球隊失敗的例子實在是多的不可勝數， 大牌球員貴就是在於穩， 沒人喜歡把穩的球員拿去換有不確定性的球員。 所以把台灣低薪球隊和魔球相比那根本狗屁不通， 尤其是那些老愛拿兄弟比魔球的更是讓人無言= = -- 台灣棒球酸民食物鏈 酸 酸 酸 中職※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.0.50.142

[觀點] 如何學好英文？李家同：會寫文章才算學好英文

教育部大力推動全民英檢，但一向推動偏遠地區學童英文教育不遺餘力的暨南國

際大學資工系教授李家同表示，考選擇題沒有用，要會寫英文文章才算學好英文

，若能寫好文章不犯文法大錯，加上可以看懂英文新聞網站，英文程度才可稱得

上是好的程度。

李家同24日以「如何學好英文」為題，在師範大學國際會議廳發表專題演說，現

場300人的座位擠得水洩不通，連走道上都坐滿了聆聽的聽眾，顯見國人英文能力

普遍不足，也希望提升自已的英文程度。

李家同表示，英文要好，沒有捷徑，只能按部就班、細水長流，由單字及文法著

手，最好的方式是，每週由CNN等英文新聞網站選取一篇文章，以單字10-20個為

目標，每週背誦，並將所有生字鍵入檔案，以便複習。

此外，每週必寫一篇文短文，請英文程度不錯的親友、同儕協助修改，務必知道

錯在哪裡。他說，寫文章不犯大錯是推升文法程度的不二法門，一旦文章不再出

錯，文法技巧自然就好了。

他強調，若能持續不斷練習，待看得懂CNN、BBC等新聞網站，英文程度就算是相

當不錯。在聽力方面，他認為，ICRT、BBC NEWS都唸得太快，不過，一旦單字記

得多，自然聽得懂，會寫也就會說了。
