高鐵又出包！高鐵公司2日上午因「區分絕緣器」故障失效導致斷電，估計有32班列車延誤、3萬2千名旅客受影響。交通部3日召開記者會，要求高鐵公司要提出檢討報告，高鐵公司董事長歐晉德在內部會議中也表示會「記取教訓，不迴避問題」；立委楊麗環受訪時說，高鐵才剛漲價就出包，立院交通委員會的委員們已有共識，將在周一（4日）會上要求高鐵做出說明。

針對高鐵日前的跳電事故，高鐵公司董事長歐晉德3日上午於公司內部的會議上指示，會記取經驗和教訓，不迴避問題，並持續進行檢討。交通部於3日召開記者會表示，高鐵公司2日因跳電導致區段停駛，忙著處理退票措施並修復設備，但務必盡快提出停駛處理與流程檢討報告。交通部也說，繼今年4月當機後，高鐵又大規模停駛，且後續處理也不夠周詳，經營管理有待加強。

2日上午11時，高鐵接獲報告，在雲林土庫變電所發生跳電，導致彰化到雲林三班列車失去動力，共四台列車被迫停在軌道上枯等近一小時。當時高鐵為避免全線列車停擺，採用區間通車的應變措施，將全線一分為二，僅提供台北到台中、嘉義到左營的車次運轉，台中到嘉義間的車次則停駛，另調派接駁車協助旅客轉乘。

高鐵公司2日晚間正式發出公告表示， 2日上午11點16分因高鐵彰化到雲林未來站的「區分絕緣器」故障失效，導致高鐵部分區段軌道供電異常，行經該路段的部分車次暫停。後經高鐵公司派員到現場檢測，並成立緊急應變中心，進行運轉調度，直到13點39分才恢復全線供電，約有3萬2千名旅客受到影響。

今年4月25日高鐵也曾因訊號異常，導致全線停擺5個多小時，造成3萬5千名旅客行程耽誤；如今高鐵10月初才漲價，來回台北、高雄的標準車廂就要3260元，卻又遇上跳電停駛。有民眾就痛批，花了大錢卻沒有等值的服務，非常不應該。也有網友批評，高鐵過去就發生過跳電問題，最後也因找不出原因只能使出絕招，「reset（重啟）主機」，這次又發生跳電事故，「看來高鐵對電車的掌握度不高。」

「這樣的事情絕對不能再發生！」國民黨立委楊麗環身為交通委員會的一員，她受訪時痛斥，高鐵才剛漲價就出包，民眾權益受損嚴重，甚至有可能危及到民眾的安全。楊麗環說，此事攸關所有民眾的安危與權益，交通委員會一定會針對此事要求高鐵做出清楚的說明與交代。

奈良佐保川 地點：近鐵新大宮站走路約５分鐘 圖文網誌版:http://chaochao.tw/?p=1128 來到奈良賞櫻，佐保川這個賞櫻祕境一定不能錯過 佐保川位於近鐵新大宮站附近，離觀光客聚集的近鐵奈良只有一站 來到這裡就遠離了賞櫻季節遊客的喧囂，只能說住在佐保川附近的人真是幸福 賞櫻季節的各大地鐵站幾乎都會有一張各賞櫻名所的櫻花情報 2013.04.03這天，關西大部份的名所都已經滿開了 近鐵奈良站出來之後，沿著指標走約五分鐘就可以看到佐保川 雖然說是川，但其實寬度比較類似小溪 佐保川的兩旁種植了密密麻麻的櫻花樹，兩岸的櫻花幾乎可以組成櫻花隧道了 這次關西六天的省櫻行程中，佐保川櫻花的壯觀密度絕對是第一名的 慢慢的散步在櫻花隧道下，沿途有慢跑的人，也有騎著腳踏車經過的學生 更看到了一群老爺爺奶奶在櫻花樹下飲酒唱歌 爛漫壯觀的春櫻景色下上演著平凡的日常生活，這樣就是幸福吧 早上在奈良公園還是大晴天，可惜到了佐保川不僅轉為陰天還飄起了細雨 佐保川的櫻花景色不僅僅是白天，這裡也有夜櫻唷 看到岸邊兩旁成千上百個的燈籠了嗎？ 雖然看不懂上面寫的字，但一邊散步一邊欣賞圖案各異的燈籠也很有趣呢 真想親眼瞧瞧夜晚來臨時，這些沿岸點亮的燈籠配著櫻花會有多美阿 可惜，今晚的夜櫻行程已經排好了，佐保川就留待下次吧 希望下次會有湛藍的天空和爆炸滿開的櫻花嚕～ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.162.67.240
