台北花博公園再度繽紛登場，首屆「萬花節」2日開幕，由「2013戶外景觀設計大賽」及「2013愛與芬芳國際花藝設計大賽」率先登場，想看精采花藝，快到花博公園爭豔館。

四大展覽 免費參觀

2013年萬花節是由行政院農委會及台北市政府主辦，活動90％以上都運用台灣各地自產的優質花卉。台北市長郝龍斌表示，幾年前台北市成功地舉辦了花博，花博結束後，台北市政府協助花卉業者外銷金額增加1億，內銷金額增加20億，每年產值超過50億以上。

本次「萬花節」活動包括四大花卉園藝展覽，「2013戶外景觀設計大賽」、「2013花卉裝置藝術設計大展」及「2014台北花卉展」等，展期自即日起明年3月31日，長達5個月，免費開放民眾參觀。

首先登場的「2013愛與芬芳國際花藝設計大賽」自11/2至11/10在爭艷館舉行，邀請5位國際知名花藝評審，匯集9國21位花藝好手，同台切磋交流，昨日比賽結果最後由大陸選手奪得冠軍，日本選手亞軍，台灣獲得第3名。

吸睛花禮服 好厲害

昨日一項非常吸睛的「花禮服」競賽，參賽選手利用花草，打造各式各樣服裝，參觀的民眾也直呼「太厲害了！沒想到可以做成這樣。」有台灣選手選用蘭花葉，花了3天做成全手工編織的禮服，10日前民眾都可至爭豔館參觀這些精采比賽作品。

會展基金會表示，2013聖誕節、2014春節及台北燈節，萬花節活動還會陸續推出「聖誕花卉展」、「富貴牡丹花展」及「花卉花燈展」等節慶主題園藝展示，並舉辦30場假日體驗活動，包含園藝專題講座及親子DIY，相關資訊都可上花博公園官網http://www.taipei-expopark.tw/查詢。

【大陸中心／綜合外電報導】中國廣西柳州市鹿寨縣拉溝自然保護區，早前有不法分子以30多萬人民幣(約逾150萬台幣)收買當地村民，將一棵已300年歷史的古樹偷走再轉賣。廣西警方經過長時間追查，日前找回這棵古樹，並發現它已被轉賣了好幾手，價格飆升到人民幣300萬元。

據悉，這棵古樹名為喙核桃，俗稱山核桃、野核桃，屬國家二級保護植物。它的圍徑近7公尺、重達26噸。當局大前日將這棵樹從貴州貴陽市，押運回廣西柳州市，並在園林科研人員的協助下，將它種植在柳州奇石館附近。

【周佩萱／綜合外電報導】美國丹佛金塊隊1日在主場開賽前，吉祥物洛基(Rocky)登場，全場暗燈聚光燈打在洛基身上，原本預計從空中垂吊，帥氣降落炒熱氣氛，沒想到洛基猶如屍體被緩緩降下，而且一著地，洛基就攤倒在地上，嚇壞全場觀眾。
 
球隊表示扮演洛基的工作人員，登場時因腸胃脹氣暈倒，在當天的比賽中將不再出場，2日洛基就在網路上發文表示自己好多了，5日對上馬刺隊的比賽，希望能順利出場。

【吳國仲／台北報導】蕭敬騰潑糞案上演至今，警方已於前天逮捕騎車以及監督的2名嫌犯，昨深夜另名嫌犯在女友以及家人的勸說下主動投案說明。涉嫌找人的28歲張哲誌以及潑糞的22歲蕭毓仁，昨深夜抵達北市刑大後，隨即被帶回南港分局，經過4小時的偵訊後步出警局不發一語，搭上計程車後離去。

蕭嫌向警方供稱，案發前他到新莊區四維公園撿鴿子糞，再混以醬油、蜜豆奶等調好「屎彈」攻擊蕭敬騰，會潑糞是為了要挺張男；而涉嫌找人潑糞的張男則說，就是不爽蕭敬騰，警方對2人供詞持保留態度，訊後將2人依恐嚇、公然侮辱及傷害罪嫌函送法辦，至於是否有其他幕後藏鏡人，警方將再釐清。

昨天台東地區大雨，讓知本溪灌溉渠道引水口，再度溢出大量溪水，由於月前曾溢堤，讓溫泉村民心驚，緊急向村長反映，鄉公所緊急派怪手將水堵住並引入主河道，但間歇性的雨勢，還是讓村民擔心得吃不下飯。

卑南鄉長吳信義表示，昨天接獲村民反映知本溪有溢堤現象，立即啟動開口契約廠商調來2部怪手，用土石先將灌溉渠道引水口堵住，再將溪水引流進入已完成疏濬40萬立方土石的主要河道內，避免引發災情。

「已發生過1次，誰不怕？」，卑南鄉溫泉村長廖金增說，上次發生溢堤的地方，降下大雨再次出狀況，村民擔心雨下不停，可能會再次釀災，都緊張得食不下嚥、睡不著覺。未來一有狀況，「還是會疏散村民」。

台東縣政府建設處長許瑞貴指出，為避免知本溪再次發生溢堤，在縣長指示下，已集中治水經費約7000萬元，進行知本溪疏濬、左右岸補強及斜張橋附近的改善工程，完工後，溫泉村民就不必再擔心受怕。

台灣癌友運動發展協會理事長吳興傳第三年發起「有愛無癌互助關懷環台挑戰」，號召癌友走出戶外，藉由運動增強免疫力，對抗癌症。活動昨天自國父紀念館啟程，台北市長郝龍斌到場鼓勵12名抗癌勇士，鳴槍揭開序幕。

罹患大腸癌第三期的吳興傳表示，前兩屆約有36名癌友參加，都是癌症第三、四期病友，但養成運動習慣，參加環台活動回來後，沒有人重回醫院，大家都過著正常生活。吳興傳表示，只要他有一口氣在，就要召集朋友，讓自行車環台活動年年辦下去。

市長郝龍斌說，他也喜歡騎腳踏車，每周都會騎，他希望有一天可以騎著腳踏車環島。對他而言，環島是很大的挑戰，需要更大的勇氣，因此3年前聽到抗癌勇士決定單車環島的行動，他除了感到敬佩，更認為台北市政府應該提供一些幫助，衛生局也會提供他們環台活動中各項醫療協助，讓他們的環島行動更順利。
