【周佩萱／綜合外電報導】土耳其安卡拉醫學大學研究指出，脖圍超過16.3吋(35公分)的男性，較容易有陽痿問題。

他們研究逾90名年紀40到60歲之間的男性，發現脖圍較粗的男性，較容易出現代謝症候群，因而認為脖圍也是代謝症候群(metabolic syndrome)的觀察指標之一，代謝症候群通常是從中圍肥胖、血中三酸甘油酯（TG）偏高、血中高密度脂蛋白膽固醇（HDL-C）偏低、血壓偏高、空腹血糖偏高等危險因子判斷，出現3項以上就是代謝症候群，容易引發心血管疾病和陽痿等問題。

【大紀元2013年11月02日訊】（大紀元記者李霞、駱亞報導）中共已經實行了56年之久的勞教制度，港媒報導，將於近期被全面廢除。今年中共兩會期間李克強曾明確表示中國勞教制度改革方案有望年內出台。大陸媒體之前也提及各地勞教所悄然放入，進行轉型準備。目前正是十八屆三中全會前敏感之際，中南海高層博弈日趨激烈與白熱化，直接通過各自掌控的平台向外釋放信號。

勞教所是中共用來迫害法輪功學員的主要手段，外界關注到各勞教所關閉轉型之際，儘管釋放了一些被關押的法輪功學員，但還有不少法輪功學員卻被轉移到法制學習班、黑監獄、甚至直接判刑來繼續迫害。幾位大陸律師接受大紀元採訪直言中共廢除勞教只是迫於壓力不得已而為之，實際轉向更隱蔽的方式進行維穩，呼籲外界關注勞教所裡法輪功學員去向，並認為中共迫害法輪功是反人類罪行。

港媒：半世紀勞教制度將正式廢除

據港媒《明報》日前報導，中國半世紀勞教制度近期全面廢除，而促成官方下決心改革勞教制度的原因有二個，外界對勞教制度「不經法律程序剝奪人身自由」的批評不絕於耳，其二今年部份停用勞教後，「維穩」壓力並未明顯增加。

報導稱，中共最高層在近期批示，要通過完善法治加強對人民權利的保護。用司法手段維護社會治安，維穩效果不亞於公安的「高壓維穩」。

有評論認為，江系長期把持政法委係統，培植自己的勢力，而中共政法委不依法律行事的特點，導致公檢法腐敗墮落，無法無天，任意妄為，周永康作為前政法委書記，令社會矛盾更加激化，成為中國社會不穩定的最大因素之一。中共臭名昭著的勞教所也更加黑暗，早已經成為人間地獄。去年十八大上政法委書記權力遭到削弱，被剔除政治局常委。

中共執掌政法系統的元老喬石，在退隱十年之後，去年初發聲痛批周永康和治下的政法委。喬石並且向北京建議，把法院從政法委管轄中抽出，以遏制「以黨代法」趨勢。

眾律師稱廢除勞教是走形式 更多人會被送到洗腦班

大陸著名維權律師唐吉田接受大紀元採訪時表示，這麼多年，這個非法的措施，備受國內外的批評和質疑，可以說聲名狼藉。因此勞教可能會在形式上廢除，但中共製度的本性，廢除不意味著這種侵犯人權的措施就徹底淡出。他認為官方非常有可能以其他的名目取代勞教繼續用來對付民眾，類似法制教育中心俗稱洗腦班或者黑監獄，這種方式更隱蔽更不為人所知。

大陸著名維權律師江天勇亦對大紀元表示，取消勞教只是中共的措施之一，共產黨的專制體制不變勞教不會被真正取消，只是換個名頭而已，他還說「我們知道更多的人會被送到洗腦班去。中共體制不變，即使把政法委撤銷了，照樣有其他的來履行它的職責。」

原大陸律師彭永峰也認為勞教制度的廢除是它不得已為之的做法。中共對法輪功的迫害雖然沒有了勞教的形式，但是近期明顯的增加了判刑的數量，這種換湯不換藥的做法，印證了的人大教授張鳴所擔心的「借屍還魂」的分析。這也符合中共的另一個特性：欺騙。其根本目的只不過是麻痺人民而已，只要它一天不亡，這種無法無天的實質就不會真正改變。

至於另一日劇天后松菜菜子原已斟洽電視台拍「家政婦女王」續集，期望超越「半」劇的收視神話，可惜她與反町隆史的愛犬咬傷鄰居被判賠償約19萬美元，繼而被電視台取消開劇計畫，近日有指菜菜子跟反町因此盛傳婚變。

【周佩萱／綜合外電報導】萬聖節開趴，不少人都絞盡腦汁費盡心思打扮，以成為派對上最受矚目的焦點，美國亞利桑那州大學就出現2名女性的「打扮」，絲毫不費力就成為萬聖節派對上，最多人轉發的照片。

這2名女性不約而同，全都選擇全裸赴會，2名裸女分別參加當地不同派對，照片先後被發佈出來引發熱議，當地媒體表示裸女應是大學兄弟會聘請來的脫衣女孃，不過目前為止這2名女性的身份還無法確認。

全裸出現在公共場所，也引發保守人士批評表示妨礙風化，不過也有人認為她們肯定對自己身材相當有自信，而且完全不用花錢治裝，相當有膽量。
