總統馬英九上午到工研院，跟十多家新創產業代表座談，聽到業界心聲，指示經濟部，以後每三個月跟產業界座談，了解需求。

馬英九參加「創新創業與價值創造」座談會，與會十多家廠商，多數是工研院創新育中心培植的新創產業，有研究人工腦膜修復新技術、廢水處理、第一家寬能隙材料功率半導體及軟性壓力感測器，都具商業利基。

不過，座談中，與會新創業代表認為，台灣對新創產業輔導仍不足，稅率與投資抵減不足，加上外來人才管制尚未鬆綁，在在影響新創事業的發展。

馬英九說，全球產業競爭激烈，台灣產業面對的是四小龍競爭與開發中國家的追趕，一定要強化創新研發，希望各部會通力合作，改善創新研發與產業發展環境。

他也指示經濟部，未來每三個月跟產業界座談，了解需求，積極解決。

2013太魯閣峽谷馬拉松今早在雨中登場，雨勢雖隨賽程進行增強，不減選手興致，今年全程馬拉松馬賽程改為半程，多數民眾都順利完賽。雖然賽事全改為半馬，但選手爭取冠軍獎金機會不變，肯亞籍男女選手Emanuel Plilan Samal與Jane Jerono包辦原全程馬拉松冠軍，半馬男子組為何盡平摘冠、女子組是Mary Colbum稱后。

標題[問題] 退休後 公保 勞保為什麼領的錢差這麼多?

請問一下 一直以來有些疑問 本人是在公務員家庭成長 親戚長輩也多從事公教行業 據我所知 屆齡公務員退休後 所領月退俸 就算是 最基層到頂的委五 也大概可領40~50K 如我爸 基層的國中小老師 更可達5~60K以上 如我嬸嬸 有聽朋友說過 他們的爸媽 勞保 退休後 就領大概20K左右 這樣退休後的差異 公勞保幾乎是差了有一倍之多 但因是聽朋友說的 並不是真實所見(但朋友是好麻吉 很熟了 應該不會亂說) 若是真的如朋友所說這般 造成這樣的差異 是真的政府一直以來獨厚軍公教嗎??? 還是平時在工作時 公教人員在繳公保退撫基金時 就比勞保繳的多 所以才造成這樣的差異? 另外像是律師 醫生 飛行員這類領高薪的職業人員 應該也算是繳勞保的吧!! 上次聽位同齡的律師朋友說(朋友爸是醫生) 他們這樣高所得的 平時就繳的多 所以退休後 也領得多 所以這類人員 有可能退休領勞保領得比公教人員還多 這樣嗎!? 謝謝!! -- 鐘山風雨起蒼黃，百萬雄師過大江 。 虎踞龍盤今勝昔，天翻地覆慨而慷 。 宜將勝勇追窮寇，不可沽名學霸王 。 天若有情天亦老，人間正道是滄桑 。 一九四九年四月 毛澤東 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.47.107.155 ※ cmw5566:轉錄至看板 MenTalk 11/02 11:57
