1. 請描述欲尋找電影的類型或特徵（請盡量描述清楚） 標題寫的很怪XD 事情是這樣的 因為有朋友已經到了適婚年齡 但是一直沒有好對象 他家人拉著他到處求神問卜 拿了很多籤詩 然後自己反覆推測出很多線索 (我不知道是他有查籤文 還是自己猜的) 總之大概就是類似說姻緣會出現在xx方位的什麼店 然後剛好附近有咖啡廳 他一周去了3-5次等待有緣人 類似像這種的 雖然說這種東西信者恆信 但我覺得他本身也有懷疑跟不確定 但是家人的壓力(穿什麼顏色衣服出門 去哪裡都在問) 還有就是也死馬當活馬醫了吧 想要跟他說不要這麼迷信 又覺得自己講話沒什麼公信力 所以想找有沒有類似的電影給他一些不同的看法 讓他知道不用這麼迷信 慢慢來就可以 例如主角也是認為自己做什麼事情一定會有效 結果陰錯陽差之下發現其實很多更美好的事情都發生在他沒有做那些事情時 2. 已知符合需求的電影或偏好的電影類型（為避免重複推文，請至少列舉一部） yesman 應該算吧 金凱瑞也是深信說yes會有好事發生 但是到最後發現不是這麼回事 (不過希望能有偏感情一點的) 3. 不喜歡的電影類型 （不需要板友推薦的電影，可填刺陵） 沒有~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.193.35.171

 【陳瑩欣／台北報導】中信金（2891）同時發布以總規模422億元的成本購併台壽保、日本東京之星的訊息後，市場憂慮資金調度不明及市場套利交易浮現，今日盤中賣壓湧現，股價急跌近半根停板，午盤以每股19.3元作收。
 
中信金昨宣布同時與台壽保、日本東京之星銀行達成購併協議，其中以每股台壽保換1.44股中信金股票，總規模達266億元，購併完成後可擁有台壽保旗下產險、資融兩家公司100%持股, ；日本東京之星銀行則以520億日元（約156億元台幣）交易。
 
法人表示，2項併購交易金額符合市場預期，長線看來版圖擴張可提升國際競爭力，尚稱合理，但因為溢價9.8%併購，短線上可能出現套利的交易，加上換股後股本膨脹稀釋每股收益空間，因此中信股股價上衝動能偏弱。
 
對於市場購併疑慮，中信金公司方面計劃於今日下午2點召開法說會正式說明，中信金總經理吳一揆昨日與購併說明會上指出，將在12月20日召開股東臨時會討論購併相關議案，有信心推動兩案成行。
